The staff were friendly and helpful, from check-in to the bar to morning coffee and check-out.

Nice small hotel in downtown. A short drive to bars and restaurants, or a 10- 15-minute walk. It was clean; it looks like they recently updated the rooms. I was worried it would be noisy from the road, but it wasn't. In the room, you have a mini bar with decent prizes, bathrobes, and bottles you can fill with filtered water from the dispenser down the hall. We even had our beds made and fresh towels the next day. That made me feel well taken care of and brought me back to the 90s. I know most hotels now don't offer room service for short stays or charge you extra. The lobby bar is cute, and the staff is very friendly and easygoing. We had to pay for parking, but they let our friends park their cars for free for a couple of hours. So we appreciated that.

Cute mid century hotel. Nice bar. Good location.

Staff is great. Easy to get in and out into town. Great price for the location. Room was kind of small, but it was no big deal. Its got what you need. Only hang up was that the bathroom was kinda gross.

This is a great hotel. It is easily accessible to downtown on foot. There is nothing immediately close by, however, it is a great value. I love the common area. I own my own business and travel in a budget. This is the only affordable hotel in downtown Raleigh. There isn’t a restaurant onsite or an exercise room.

Great place

The staff was very welcoming. Coffee and bar with outside patio was great! Room was quieter than I thought given its downtown. It is an older property but nicely maintained, convenient and friendly atmosphere.

Everything. It was the cutest little hotel Nothing. Everything was perfect

Hotel has a wonderful vibe.

Location was fantastic. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean. The lower level / parking area of the hotel are looking well worn and could do with some spiffing up. In addition there are cigarette butts everywhere. The towel rail and toilet roll holder are useless because they rotate. It was a little expensive for what it is.
-
Overall it was a fantastic stay. Great staff and location.
-
The style and decor throughout the property was nice. The ivy was charming. The room was comfortable. The road was a little noisy and the window in the room seemed old and may have contributed to the noise level.

I would give excellent if breakfast is provided, even though coffee and some pastries were there morning time.
