Beatiful property great views. Staff was excellent.

Was not quite the Ritz of yore. With a convention closing most of the hotel to everyday guests, many amenities were unavailable. The staff seemed overworked by the convention because many were surly, slow, and tired. Potted plants were dead, cocktail glasses and refuse were visible around the property. Understaffed and undertrained to handle a convention I guess. But the location is beautiful, the design is nice, and the rooms were clean and tended to.

We absolutely love The Ritz in Rancho Mirage, the Staff are awesome, nothing is too much trouble. We are regulars and always enjoy everything about the Hotel, especially the Staff, without them it would just be a Building!!

I was above all exdpectations. The staff is incredible. absolutely everything was superior.

Location is incredible. Facilities are great. We ate at the Edge restaurant and the food was amazing. Staff were all very friendly, rooms were a good size.

Exceptional

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage was truly incredible, and so much of that experience was because of the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. Elijah from pool service deserves a HUGE shoutout! We accidentally left our phone at the pool, and he literally ran after us in 108° heat to return it. That level of care and honesty is something you don’t forget! Joni made our check-in absolutely amazing. She was warm, welcoming, and made us feel special from the moment we arrived. Jose provided fantastic pool service and was always attentive and friendly. Jena at the spa — WOW! Best massage I’ve ever had. Absolutely phenomenal and easily one of the highlights of our stay. And Johnny at the pool — top-tier service! He was attentive, friendly, and made our pool days even better. The property is beautiful, but what truly makes this Ritz-Carlton special is the people. Every one of these employees went above and beyond, and they deserve to be recognized. Thank you, Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage, for an unforgettable stay! We will absolutely be back. ❤️✨ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff was consistently great. Hotel is not the standard you’d expect in some ways (cleanliness of room or lounge chairs in adult pool area were filthy). Also their spa and main restaurant are closed multiple days during the week. In all, probably not worth it especially staying during the week.

The hotel was great, staff very friendly and helpful, will more than likely be returning for future vacations

This hotel was top of class. The rooms are beautiful and new. The buffet was wonderful. And the grounds are gorgeous. This property is one of our favorites in California.

Great place. Food was good, spa was great. Not too busy. Only comment is the adult pool area should have been better maintained and the service was not great, as in no service. There for 3 days and no one asked us if we wanted a menu. That’s a low bar. Regardless, the rooms were well maintained and sizeable, the grounds were spectacular.

Our room was well maintained and clean and staff were very helpful and polite.
