Great hotel.

Overall the stay was very good. The location is very convenient to downtown but the parking garage was a little tight for our SUV. It was especially crowded if we parked in the evening. There was also an additional $16 per day to park. That didn’t break the bank but we weren’t aware of the fee until we checked in. The restaurant and bar were great. It was nice to head down for a late night snack and drink. Prices were reasonable and the food was good. We would definitely stay again

Venessa allowed us to check in a little early into our room. She also allowed us to park our truck and tailer in their parking garage if we simply paid for 2 parking spots.

Room, service, restaurant food was great, and very reasonably priced. The mattresses have wonderful mattress toppers and pillows were very fluffy/thick. Great walk-in shower. Worth the price. A three star hotel with four star service and five star restaurant. I didn't eat at breakfast buffet, so can't rate it.

Our stay at this hotel was perfect. A huge not of gratitude goes out the amazing staff who made it that way: Shannon and Jett, our bartender/dinner servers, Lacy, who did an amazing job in the kitchen, dining room, and bar area with service and assistance to guests, and to Chef Nathan, whose food offerings were always amazing. Not to be forgotten would be our room attendants, who made certain our room was always fresh and spotless. Can't think of a single thing.

Great location in downtown.

It was very clean and being downtown was very nice too. The parking, we already paid how much for the rooms then had to pay more just to park. I get it being downtown, but it should be included in the cost of the room then. Even though we paid $536 per night anyway.

Area is central downtown rapid city. Rooms were clean. Parking is available at the hotel. Breakfast was okay.

I dropped something on the floor and happened to look under the bed. It was pretty dirty under the bed.

Our room was not clean when we checked in. There was hair in multiple places, fake nails on the floor and quite a bit of filth when we used the pull out couch. We did ask for new sheets and for them to at least vacuum. Over 10 hours later and it did not get done that day so we slept in there for 2 nights before it was addressed. Staff were friendly so I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what. There was a sewage/drainage smell next to their dining room which was off putting to eat so we ate out. It was a good location for walking to restaurants, shops, and parks and seemed central for site seeing which was our intended purpose.

Visiting students at School of Mines many times. Love this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Walking distance to many shops. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was awesome and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was nice.
