Lots of hair left in the shower, stained sheets, and dirty floors covered in candy.

Great hotel to stay at. Location is ideal for many activities that are nearby. Continental breakfest was enough to start our day with. Coffee was good. Hotel room was clean and spacious.
-
They left the trash from the previous guest in our room. Also housekeeping walked right into our room at 9:30 in the morning, an hour and a half before checkout. We were not dressed. 😬

Everything was good except for a few things. Th breakfast was all carbs. Having some hard boiled eggs to get some protein would’ve been great. Also a better quality & variety with the yogurt offered. Lastly, the sink drain in the bathroom drained very slowly. Everything else was fine. A nice upgrade has been done with new paint, carpeting along with new floor in the bathroom.

The only thing that wasn't par was the breakfast options.

Room was really large & clean! Comfy bed, even though the room had 2, we only needed 1. Shower was great & towels were great, not like sandpaper like a lot of hotels. Outside was in good clean shape too! Definitely recommended!!

You have to request room cleaning and the 1 time we did during our stay they took the trash and dirty towels out but didn’t replace the trash bags or towels. The cover over the mattress had some kind of yellow stain and the sheets were not changed. We were instructed to leave dirty towels outside the door and they would replace them, they didn’t. I had to go to the Fri t desk every day if our 8 day stay I had to go request towels. The “breakfast” consisted of cereal, milk in a container that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time, waffles, apples and a couple of muffins for toasting. At one point the waffle batter had the consistency of water and the attendant asked me how to mix the batter because it was her second day. Towels for the pool and hot tub were supposed to be stocked in the area and wasn’t (not a big deal) and I asked, it seemed to be an annoyance to the desk clerk. When I addressed my concerns with the desk clerk I was assured that there would be a credit on some of the stay, when I checked out I brought it up again and while I was talking the person started talking to someone else. I would NOT recommend staying there. This was the first vacation my wife and I have taken in 10 years, thankfully we didn’t spend much time at the hotel but it was very disappointing. We refused to let it ruin what was an otherwise wonderful vacation but it came close.

We didn't like the large, lumpy pillows.

Liked how they handle checkout with a text message. Simple and easy.

It was very clean

Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Hotel amenities in description said there's coffee in the rooms but coffee was only in the lobby which was commonly empty. Breakfast was OK but very limited, and door to the pool was locked for some reason.
-
Staff were very polite. Housekeepers were very polite, conscientious and hard working. Rooms were very clean. Absolutely no business recognition on the building or in the lobby. I really did not know if I was in the right place. This is extremely important for seniors.
