SCP Hotel Redmond

The room was dirty and had hair on several areas and in the bathroom. The staff were friendly but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

It's a rather old hotel, but it is really a great place! It has tons of character, the rooms are very nice and the staff is amazing. We will definitely return!

Loved the cool atmosphere here! Breakfast was amazing; I especially loved that they had delicious vegan choices. Parking was a breeze, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and informative.

ALMOST everything was excellent. The TV's were never quite right. The remotes were confusing and often didn't work. It was important to us to watch playoff baseball and the Direct TV was messed up. I don't blame that specifically on the hotel but there was no on there to fix it around 7 in the evening and the front desk suggestion was to "unplug it." As with most properties anymore, there is no daily room servicing and I won't ding them for that but the two times we did request it, the work was poor. BUT, it's a beautiful and well maintained property in an excellent location and I'd stay there again. Easy and nearby parking and dining options. Overall a good stay.

A little older facility but has all the charm of a European hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. For some reason breakfast was not included but you could get free coffee in the lobby. Parking was off site so required a little more planning to get to the back door of the hotel, load and then drive to parking lots. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

The bed was not very comfortable. The rest was good.

If you like boutique hotels, this is a nice quaint space with a southern charm, yet modern feel. Dont expect esthetics, its basic, clean, with restaurant options for breakfast & coffee as well as evening bar with food. The location is perfect as its nestled right on the street with other restaurants & shops. The one thing I would like to call out is the ear plugs. They do provide them in your room since the hotel sits on a fairly active street. They also have a noise cancelation device with different nature sounds as well. Outside of the street noise, the hotel was sufficient and the staff provided a good experience.

Very walkable to restaurants and park. Nice breakfast and bar. We didn’t try the fine dining restaurant as we did not have reservations.

Clean, good food, helpful staff. Unpleasant to hear chairs (loud) from restaurant upstairs at 11:00 at night.

Staff and Location Bathroom was terrible. sink was soooo small. 2. Noise at night. No sound proofing.

This is the second time we've stayed here, and we will always choose this hotel. The location is perfect to enjoy all the shops/restaurants nearby. But what stands out the most is the friendliness of the staff, always willing to answer any questions and always smiling. We love sitting in the lobby with a muffin and coffee/tea and just watching people. It is a very social place where people are working on their laptops, visiting, or just running in to get a quick snack. We love the SCP Hotel!

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Tastefully decorated. Clean. Quiet. Loved the relaxation room option with no TV and other nice calming features. Great location, too.
