Super 8 by Wyndham Redmond

The staff were amazing, especially the night girl! The beds weren't very comfortable, but the pillows were awful, which just made the sleep experience horrible. Also, the shower was absolutely RIDICULOUS! The shower head pointed straight at the wall. It didn't spray in a downward motion, at all. It was completely horizontal and sprayed at to wall. Worst shower in a hotel/motel ever. The staff were so great that they are literally the only reason I gave such good ratings. Also, the pool shouldn't close at least until midnight.

The continental breakfast was very satisfactory. Would love to have had scrambled eggs but the boiled eggs were just fine. And the little pancake making machine was fun and worked well! Had absolutely no issue with parking and the facility location was perfect for my/our needs. I never could get the heater/air conditioning unit adjusted as I would like ,and the fan/blower was quite loud. We asked for and did receive extra clothes hangers for our room and I would like to recommend that the room should come with more than a standard 6 quantity amount. The toilet in the room's bathroom is one of the smallest I have ever seen.

Card machine was broke. Went up and down from 3rd floor 2 times. Reception another 2 times. Checked 3 rooms til we got in one that worked. Carpets dirty through out building or worn out. Breakfast was toast or dry cereal. Pretty depressing

The stay was for a memorial service for a family member. Would consider staying again.

Great staff. The property is maintained but not new. The vibe is worn but cleaned. Beware: the common areas have a lot of cheap fragrance probably to try to perk up the very worn carpet, but the room had no gross fragrances. It was well vacuumed and clean, just worn. My room and bedding were very clean, mattress was quite comfortable and not worn, room door was secure. The hot tub was hot! pool and pool area looked clean too. Staff said no car thefts there in all their years of work there. "Breakfast" is the most minimalist of things (2 kinds packet oatmeal, 2 kinds sugary cereal, pancakes, super small yogurts, hard boiled eggs, machine for hot water and coffee-ish beverage). Also your room card gets you a discount at Applebee's across the street if you want a wider breakfast menu.

The location was ideal. Have stayed here before Breakfast seemed rather small. Did not eat at the Hotel. Bed was super hard and did not sleep well.

I liked transport to airport. The condition of the room was poor. Not unclean, just worn out.

The check on staff was not friendly at all. She wasn't rude, but we felt like we caught her at a bad time. The room was clean. It was a handicap room. I don't know how a handicapped person was going to open that door. It was hard for me. There was a tub. I don't know how a handicapped person was getting in that tub. The breakfast was not worth waiting for a table. There were only 4 or 5 tables in the breakfast room, 3 with two chairs.

Room was filthy. I think the sheets were used and puke on carpet. Filthy bathroom floor. Rude manager moving us from 3rd floor to second because of our service dogs. Told we could not use the pool or hottub because our service dogs could not sit in the area. Apparently the “3rd floor” is better, but NOT. 3 overdosed/ambulances while there. Just awful.

It was clean Pool had too much chlorine burned eyes caused asthma. Breakfast maybe add extra fruit. They only had apples.
