The gas fireplace did not work in our room. You could not turn the shower on without getting cold water on yourself. The rooms are pretty dated.
-
I wish a complementary breakfast but restaurants prices are good . Good food and a nice golf view quite and relax very good room size everything was wonderful!

Rooms are getting pretty old and dingy. Lots of wear and tear. Elevator not working. Great location- but needs an overall update

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly, helpful, and resourceful. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including golf, walking, biking, pickleball, basketball, and much more. We stayed for a couple of days and really enjoyed our time there. There is a market nearby, but most dining and shopping options are a short drive away. That wasn't an issue for us at all. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

Great location, right in the middle of everything. The onsite restaurants are great, and the staff wonderful.

Pleasantly surprised about the amenities. Multiple pools, hot tubs, pickleball, and basic gym access included with hotel fee. However, the room itself was a bit past its prime. The furniture was scuffed and old looking, no phone to call front desk, no charging station for cell phones. Despite this, I would stay again for the recreational opportunities.

The room at the Lodge at eagle crest looks like it was furnished in 1970. Rugs worn. Tile faded. The laundry for guests has two small washers and one dryer. The front desk will not give me change to do a wash. Forget about the breakfast. The worst part they charged me an extra 499.99 USD for something called extra services. I never used their health club or golf course. I just slept there at night. Beware

Sinks did not drain, AC fan did not work properly, shower was from the 70s, could use paint and updated amenities. Overpriced for room like this.

Laundry was ok

Loved it!!!

The room was outdated but made sense for the cheap price we paid. The staff was great and the amenities (pools, hot tubs, pickleball, bike rentals etc. ) could not be beat.
-
I took 2 days to get the TV working.

Beautiful view. Amazing staff. Delicious breakfast.

They have scheduled a big makeover in the coming months. The decor and fixtures are definitely worn and needing to be replaced. Everything was clean and the staff is excellent.

The resort itself is lovely with golf and other activities. It is well-situated, and the staff is friendly. The Lodge, however, was a disappointment. The floor in our room was not clean, the bathroom had mildew, there was no maid service, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The kitchen was as understaffed and we ended up eating breakfast in Redmond. I would not stay in The Lodge again. I would stay in a condo or a house.

I like but the bath I need more cleaning

Room wasn’t ready on time
-
Awesome putt putt

Front desk gentleman was very nice. Room was immaculate. The tub/shower outer control is broken but the inner works fine and we were able to take showers.. just scared us a bit.

I really like eagle crest. This was my first time at the lodge. The room was fine and big but pretty outdated. It was convenient and staff was great. Golf and everything else at Eagle crest in general was great. I didn’t use their clubs with hot tub etc. Ive stayed at other properties at Eagle crest that I liked better but no major complaints about the lodge.
