Exceptional

The room was very nice and spacious. The location was great and it was easy to walk to restaurants and activities. The bikes were a great amenity that we made use of almost every day.

Very, very clean and friendly stuff
-
Hotel was clean and beautiful . It was very centrally located with easy walking and biking to the nearby beaches. Restaurants nearby are good.

The rooms were clean however for the price the wall paper should not be pealing off the wall. The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. The access to drive into the valet area was a little annoying because you are crossing an area where people are riding their bikes so you waiting to get across. Maybe a stop light should be put there to stop the bikers so the guest can drive in …just a suggestion. Overall the place has a lot of potential! The restaurant was beautiful! The waiter was very friendly. We did enjoy are stay!

Great location. Room was wonderful and big. Nice view of the boats and harbor. Wish our room could have been on a higher floor but regardless this is probably going to be our go to spot in Redondo.

The best stay and trip ever !!

A basic room with a luxury label and a stack of fees I stay in 4- and 5-star hotels regularly, and this isn't one. What this room is worth and what it costs are nowhere close, and that's before the nightly amenity fee and the valet charge. The room smelled musty, the wallpaper seams above the TV are peeling open, and there's no bathroom exhaust fan — a moisture problem. Add scuffed cabinetry, cheap carpet squares, dated decor, no makeup mirror. The thermostat won't go below 70°F. To sleep at 65 I had to call the front desk every night to have it reset — so they can set it lower, they just won't let you. The TV was still signed in to the previous occupants' streaming accounts. Nobody resets it, so sign out of yours before you leave. The mandatory amenity fee covers gym access the welcome letter itself calls complimentary, plus pool access, in-room coffee and the safe; the only thing you get back is a daily food credit spendable nowhere but here. The hotel's own website says booking direct avoids the fee — so it isn't paying for amenities, it's a penalty for booking elsewhere. Parking is valet-only. They take your keys at the awning and back the car about ten feet into an uncovered stall in sight of the door. The lobby has one singular unisex restroom — which was locked. There are better hotels a few minutes down this same harbor.

Everything was great about my stay. The staff, the restaurant, and the room were all great

Pleasant
-
Good location, modern inside - room was nice with view of the marina (paid extra for this) Pool is too small, would be nice to have more amenities than just the restaurant - somewhere separate for a drink would be nice. Expensive cost for the mini bar.
-
Good location. The facility is a little bit old but it works.

Our stay was amazing. The room was very nice and spacious. We loved the view that was open oceanside marina area. Very gorgeous view. Also, the staff and service was very nice and helpful. Excellent hotel!

Location Room damp and very expensive
-
The room was large, and had a cool edgy style, and was stocked to the brim with snacks and booze for purchase The room was almost damp when we arrived, but it was subtle enough not to really consider it. But sleeping that night was thrown off by the distinct smell of mold. When we looked under the bed, we found mold spots and other ...unpleasant stains.
