Econo Lodge new Reno - Sparks Convention Center

Lots of deferred maintenence at this motel. Location seemed a bit sketchy. Room was clean but in need of updating.

The TV wasn't working, & when my husband tried to call the front desk the phone wasn't working either. So he went up to the front desk & was met by the rudest lady. She told him he would have to just deal with it. I had, had a procedure done on my back & it was hard to climb stairs, so I wanted a bottom floor which we were in. She changed is to a top floor (that was her way of trying to "fix" the problem with the TV) room. Then I went to talk to her. I asked her to speak to the manager (which there was a sigh on the wall saying manager on duty) & was told he wasn't there. I told here that they should take the sign down if there was not one on duty & she told i was yelling & that I could "go." I'm sorry but you don't tell me that I can go like a child. I told her I was yelling but I could if she wanted & that I wasn't finished talking. My husband told me let's just go. So, we left, but I told her I would be speaking to her manager.

Available in good location Fair

Room was was very worn with a broken coffeemaker, 2 thin bars of soap, no chairs to sit outside. Pool was covered. Terrible mattress with stained chair cover, no hangers in closet.

Bad

Very nasty trashy establishment!!..Drug Haven ..drug addicts & Homeless have token over the establishment..

No me han devuelto los 100 dólares del depósito

Booked room with booking agent when I arrived to property I was informed that I did not have a room the property was full but my credit card was still charged for the room and never got my money back

You booked me took my money but didn’t have a room for me

I didn't like having the front desk laugh at me and 10 other families trying to find a place to go during a wild fire. I booked the room like others and we were treated like it was a joke. The front desk guy had the biggest grin

Clean room, quiet property. A really great property. Rooms large, with sliding gkass door to your own patio. Donuts durectkyvaccrpss street as well

If you are arriving very late in the evening to the Reno airport. And have made no arrangements to stay near the airport. Then this hotel will fit your needs, as long as you are being budget minded. No pool, no free breakfast, no hot tubs.

They gave us a handy cap room and the room and bedding were old and out dated with cigarette burns in the comforter

Awesome staff

Don't return my cancelation the manager canceled and I pay for different accommodation

Clean room 👌

the staff is there to assist you 24hours a day and they are all very helpful. Housekeeping is better than the casinos and maintenance is there in minutes to fix any problems.

Staff are all awesome. House keepers do great job. And there's a fantastic restaurant open til 3am attracted to hotel

I booked, online as soon as we enter the room we got out and ask for my money back. The room was nasty unsanitary, pubic hair, the bathroom hasn’t been clean in awhile nasty spot on the couch there was a nasty fan with years of accumulated dust. Nasty!!! I have pictures! I am still waiting for my money back.

They need to clean way better on the baseboards and corners of the rooms etc. It's been a while......
