Location Old

Location was ok. It took 1 1/2 hours to check in. After the long check in, we went to the rooms reserved( two doubles) to find we were given 2 king rooms. Back to the check in desk. Another wait in line. Difficulty getting info for wifi. Front desk was terrible.

That when we got there at 11 pm they still had are room avalable very clean and friendly

Location and price Room was not clean. Stains on wall. Floor dirty. I believe bed was clean I hope!

It had somewhat of a central location and it also had free parking and complementary valet. The line to check in was moving slow, only one person was checking in regular guests. Then I finally get a room and then we go up to it and there were strong bleach fumes so I had to ask for a room change.

The location is great. The hotel is too outdated. Parts of this property are very stinky.

The buffet Not enough outlets for electronic devices

The people were very nice and the bathroom was clean. This room was very outdated, the tv was tiny and the small refrigerator made a loud humming noise all night. The walls are paper thin and we could hear kids screaming until 10pm. Would not stay here again at least until its updated.

I take harrahs because of the location other than that i dont recommend harrahs reno Horrible machine noise that goes non stop the whole night,we went 2 d frontdesk 2 complain & this 2 asian staff just ignore our complains..were tired & we want peaceful stay at harrahs!im not coming back 2 harrahs!!

Nothing Dirty, rude staff, inconvenience, furniture falling appart.

The price per nite was great. The hotel is old and they are going to close in a few months.

Nothing, the room was so disgusting and dirty Everything.

THe concierge who texted me and asked me to text her about anything I needed. Also the electronic checkout from my phone. THe walls are paper thin. Shower never got hot. Everything in the hotel stunk of cigarette smoke. I could hear my neighbors sneeze, cough and puke and I'm sure they could hear me on the phone. There isn't a little deli or low cost eatery in the hotel.

Good location, front desk person was very nice !!! Hotel is in need of some Renovations, casino Buffett carvings was the worst I've ever had eat somewhere else.

We thought it was going to be nice. No bathroom fan, the cost was high considering the room being rented on a Sunday.

Hotel jacked price up more than $--- and no real amenities either. No direct line to front desk. A simple thing like adding my brother to The reservation could not be done at all: hot transferred to the Phillipines 3 times. Never stay at Caesars again Yes
