Everyone is so nice. Room is very user friendly and has everything you need. Elevator, lol… just takes a long time sometimes.

Very nice and helpful The room they put me in was next to the elevator and you could hear everything. And there was a constant crying in the middle of the night around 2am and could sleep all night

Convenient location Horrible interaction with rude and condescending front desk clerk, with long black hair and garish winged eyes and make up front desk. Who lacks communication skills and the personality that should be required to interact with guests. Because she failed to explain that UNLIKE every many other hotel room that I’ve reserved online and given credit card number and gotten a “confirmation number” for… when reserving on their website YOU HAVEN’T ACTUALLY BEEN CHARGED YET. YOU’VE ONLY GOT A RESERVATION, NOT EXPLAINED ONLINE AND NOT EXPLAINED BY THE CLERK WHO KEPT SAYING “you’re not getting it, you don’t understand “and after i left the room but came back …heard her mocking what i had said during our increasingly louder, confusing and rude interaction …caused by her lack of ability or desire to listen and communicate effectively. After telling people behind the barrier, that “she doesn’t get it!!” And once telling me to call someone to solve it, THANKFULLY she left, and her supervisor who was nice helped. By this time i had finally understood that i didn’t get charged online yet. Being a kind human, i apologized for the confusion multiple times ..yet petty person she is, just folding her arms with side eye and didn’t say a goddamn thing. (Until i left the room) Not acceptable. Maybe she could spend less $ on Makeup And nails and pay for some communication and customer service classes. Also much less irritating than her.. you can exchange linens towels between 5-9 pm (all other personnel, maids, security etc was very kind and personable. She shouldn’t be front of the house. *Only 2 basic utensils, but no dish soap, told me use dishwasher with the 1 packet at a time. That’s not very conservative with only 2 p plates and forks…etc cleaning service every 2weeks if you stay long but no cleaning spray or paper towels to clean and only a broom to borrow.. not good with all the dogs there… hairballs even in hallway.

The woman who checked me in was very helpful and gave me a thorough explanation of how the property works. Its an easy place to come and go, and be self-sufficient. Having a kitchenette was nice as well so I could keep my leftovers cool then reheat them easily. Didn't want to waste good leftovers!

Very minimal hotel. No coffee in room no hand towels. Kitchenette very poorly stocked. No dish soap.

Charged $40 to check in 1 hour early. Room was big but bathroom floor dirty. Shower head water pressure was poor and water not flowing well due to minerals stuck in head. Slept terribly. Bed had a duvet cover and a sheet but the duvet was empty. My feet were frozen all night. Felt like I had 2 sheets on. Plus the whole hotel echoed. There was no sound proofing. Heard people go up and down the stairs, on the elevator, drop stuff, walk across the floor. Not a comfortable stay at all. To top it off- the coffee machine was out of order. They had a coffee urn set up but was not in the mood to attempt bad coffee. Will never stay here again!!!!

Very clean and modern amenities. I'd most definitely will be stay there again next time I'm in the tricities

The room was huge and would have made a great place if our stay was longer. There was a full sized fridge, a huge wardrobe and bathroom. The size could have been allocated a lot better. The closet could have been closed off and there could have even been a living room type set up so we didn't have to sit on our beds or a stiff chair to watch TV.

The value, and location to shopping The noise of creeping floors dogs barking, and owners of dogs not picking up after there dogs. The toilet need repair.

The property was clean and centrally located. Kitchenette was a bonus but really needed a coffee pot of some kind. I was also surprised there was no blanket on the bed except a sheet and a sheet like cover…. I was provided a blanket at the front desk when I asked for one. Lastly, no hair dryer either. I don’t know if it’s because it’s an extended stay type hotel but it would have been nice to have as I feel it’s pretty standard in most hotels.

The WoodSpring in Kennewick is clean and very well maintained. We have stayed in other hotels in the area but they have not been nearly as nice as this for the price.

had double sinks and fridge microwave...didn't read that it was an extended stay type place so when I got there and we couldn't checking in right away I saw alot of rough vehicles in parking lot w flat tires etc...tried to cancel even w trip insurance and got nowhere w expedia.

The original employee that I tried to check in was absolutely rude. I had to come back 30 min later and they must of had a shift change and the new person was very nice. It’s a cheap hotel you get what you pay for so no complaints.

I had a full kitchen with no coffee pot… I go downstairs to the complementary coffee and it’s not in service
