The room was spacious. The Breakfast personnel were cheerful, helpful, courteous. But I would suggest that they offer whole milk in addition to Fat Free, Skim (which was the only milk available). I did not like the sign at the check-in desk that said they charged $10/night for parking. When I asked if there was alternate parking, they answered no. The bed was not comfortable nor were the pillows. No light switch turned on any lights - even the switches by the door did nothing. TV selection was extremely poor - it relied on the customer having subscriptions to streaming apps. I did not like that because I booked with Booking.com, the hotel said they could not see any information on my booking. We were driving some distance and planned to arrive about 9pm but traffic and accidents were delaying our arrival to about 10pm and we didn't want to lose the reservation because we had appointments in Richmond the next morning. The hotel was unable to help us change our arrival time from 9 to 10pm. In the morning, when we were checking out, there was no one at the desk. The sign says that they will come right out - they are able to see us at the counter. Well, they may have seen us but, the finished whatever they were doing before coming out - and it would appear that they only staff the counter with one person.

Breakfast was good, with lots of options. The hotel was very clean, and the room was great. It is an fantastic option for an extended stay. The pool closed at 10, so we weren't able to use it. I liked that the pool was indoors and saline, I just wished it would have been more accessible

We enjoyed our recent stay here. It is extremely clean, quiet and the rooms are nice and well equipped for extended stays. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice to have every morning and the gym equipment was very clean and well maintained. The only drawbacks were the bed and pillows were not that comfortable and they charge $10 a day for parking. However, we would definitely stay here again when we return to Richmond.

Location and the friendly staffs. Having to pay $ 10.00 for parking.

Breakfast closes at 9:00 and left a few customers hungry. It would be nice to have a few grab and go options. The need for a parking permit was odd. I had to go back out to the car at check in and put the parking permit in the car to make sure the car wasn't towed. I am not sure why taking license plates for hotel guests wouldn't suffice.

Interesting choices and options. It was a great spread and liked having to think what I wanted. Nothing.

Everything Nothing

The room was really amazing. It was a clean and tidy studio apartment impeccably designed for comfort and elegance in a restricted space. The TV was an excellent large size and it was easy to navigate the cable channels. Not a peep was heard from within the room throughout my stay, which I assume means that the insulation was excellent. There was a nice big lobby and good facilities. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast system was a little messy and difficult to navigate and overpopulated. Also a maid stopped by like 10 minutes before check-out time, which was a bit bothersome.

Everything was nice. The staff was polite and helpful.
