Staff was nice alittle hard to communicate with seem to never be at the front desk but if u ring the bell they do come just don’t try calling down there. Our shower was broken so we couldn’t shower b4 bed after a long drive but they did move our room the next day. Tv wouldn’t work half the time. beds a lumpy. Breakfast is about half done nothing special stale biscuits,muffins and sausage out of dirty looking containers. Duck tape fixes on a lot of the damage over all just kind of run down place with no care put in to it. Over all would I stay here again? Absolutely not. But air was cold room was simi clean if you don’t count old half drank coke bottles in the refrigerator or used bar soap in the shower.

Easy accessable, friendly staff, breakfast was good all clean and tidy. The beds were a little high for a 4ft person but as a brit touring the USA ive come to find thats normal

Not well-maintained. The shower control came off in my hand. The owners are obviously doing the minimum to maintain the property.

Nice hotel Nothing

I am disabled and in a wheelchair. I requested a handicapped room. To get to the handicapped room you have to get up a ramp from the lobby to the room, which was very difficult for me. Once in the room the bath room was the only area for wheelchair accessibility. The beds were high than normal, the spacing between the beds, the bed and the wall and the bed from the television stand and desk was barely enough to accommodate my wheel chair. If I had had the my other chair which is wider, I would not have been able to get to the beds. This was. very inconvenient with not enough space to turn the chair around. If I had been alone, I would have had to either sleep on the floor or in my wheelchair. These rooms without access are not handicapped rooms. Please male note that they need to be aware of these issues. Room was not handicapped accessible!

Location Not have moldy rooms and then gaslight you into thinking it’s just bad paint,

Room was cozy and hotel close to shopping
