We've stayed at this hotel several times and have consistently had a positive experience overall. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for our visits to the area. The hotel offers excellent value for the price, which is one of the reasons we continue to return. Despite a few minor inconveniences, it's been a reliable and affordable option that we're happy to recommend. One recurring issue I've noticed during multiple stays at this property is the room keys unexpectedly stopping working. During our two-night stay in 2025, we had to return to the front desk both nights to have our keys reactivated, and during our most recent stay, the same issue occurred on our second night. The staff mentioned that keeping the keys near our phones could cause this, which I understand. However, I handle my room keys the same way at every hotel I visit and have never experienced this issue so consistently anywhere else. While it hasn't discouraged us from returning, it's a frustrating inconvenience that I hope the hotel can address.

Staff were friendly and professional. Property could use some TLC: low water pressure, dead bolt didn’t work, poor room lighting. Great location and attentive shuttle.

we stayed for a wedding that was close by and it fit all of our needs. our room was clean and the staff were super friendly. everyone always started up conversation with my daughter whenever they saw her! we didn’t have any disturbances or any noise from other guest-and had no issues during our stay. breakfast was good and everything was clean! the pillows on the bed were too thick for me, but the bed was comfy. thank you!

The room was okay and the staff was nice to arrange shuttle service for our very early morning departure. If you attempt eating at the Cracker Barrel, I suggest to be ready to repeat your order and have sides missing.

The reception was friendly and warm. The receptionist was very helpful and cared about the appropriateness of our accommodations. We were greeted warmly and respectfully. She was kind and courteous. There was nothing I didn't like. It was good and comfortable experience at a reasonable price.

This reservation was a pleasant surprise. The no frills hotel was clean and fairly well kept. The morning meal was good including a warm selection of eggs, sausage, potatoes and cereal as well as pancakes or waffles. The desk staff was helpful and friendly. I did arrive late (and had called ahead to say I would be arriving late). At 10:30 p.m. when I arrived, my room was not made up yet so I had to wait for them to change bedding and clean the bathroom for me. The location to the airport was great and beat out several other hotels for me as the price was reasonable. I will stay here again when I return to Philadelphia.

First they offer a shuttle ride to the airport and also car parking wish i was planing to park my car there for few days I thought that is perfet. We had to leave at 5:30 to the airport staff told me it will be ready by the door and it didn't when i ask the Staff wish was really unprofessional he said we'll we don't have one today because we didn't find a driver mine you I ask him the night before for sure was going to be there and said yes well it was not then he said you can find you own ride call a uber or something he said. also I ask him of parking the same night and charge my card with almost $40 for 3 days car parking but since they didn't provide the Shuttle I had to take my car to the airport and look for car parking to leave my car I almost lost my fly because of them also he said that I was going to get my money back for the parking and never did 😡 . And when I reserve the room I ask for 2queen beds and he give us a queen bed with a sofa. NEVER STAY ON THE HOTEL REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE 👎 😒

Arrived around 830 p.m. but didn't get a room til about almost 10, due to rooms not being clean.
