The room was clean and up date nice stay Staff was not welcoming in the front desk,a young lady dint catch her name she was not welcoming make us feel uncontroble that way she did the check in andreally rude she was rude not helpful to direct how to get to parking lot ,if I could get full refund I would cancel and got to a different hotel ......... she was really rude

To Home2 Suites Management and Guests Home2 Suites by Hilton – Riverside Downtown Convention Center Stay Dates: October 8–11, 2026 Rooms: 508 and 424 I would like to bring attention to several issues during our recent stay at your property. Both rooms we stayed in, 508 and 424, had air-conditioning problems that affected our comfort. Additionally, there was a severe water leak on our floor, with water dripping into the hallway. These issues made our stay disappointing, and I believe guests deserve a comfortable, well-maintained, and safe environment. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the maintenance issues promptly to prevent other guests from experiencing the same problems. The location is great and conveniently located near the convention center. There are some things within walking distance (Food Hall, CVS, Coffee shop). The facilities, although they seem new, it seems like they are not kept up well. My AC unit wasn't working properly, they needed to move my room. My shower grate over the drain was just on the floor not covering the train. There was hair all over the shower. The trash can was on top of the toilet, and I was missing towels.

Finding the entrance was a bit confusing due to Home2 sharing a parking garage with another hotel. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Friendly staff and security was helpful It took 2 hours for a room to be ready when the website said there was available. Was harassed outside by drunk people.

Everything Late check out is only at 12 pm and the staff tried going in to my room at 9 am while I was sleep sleep ! Not cool

This place was exceptional and so was the free breakfast! It was clean, safe and quiet. The staff was helpful, kind and the experience was exactly what we wanted.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was subpar, and pool was squeezed between the garage and the hotel.

The hotel was not a problem it was very nice and clean I loved staying there When checking in in the night with my boyfriend, the staff were looking at us as if we couldn’t afford the room. I told her we would like to get a room for the night. Her response is in a snappy voice. It’s $300 a night. I said well not online. It gave me a different price then I simply asked her. How much was it gonna be for parking and for deposit. so we decided to reserve online and then check in just the whole time during the whole process. She kept looking at us like if we didn’t belong. Just because someone looks not to your standards doesn’t give you their right to have an attitude we where paying customers at first we asked if they expected cash which I forgot these hotels don’t for liability reasons. So we had to run to the bank and depot. When coming back I assumed shift changed because she rolled off home on her scooter and a nicer lady was at the counter.

Great Place to stay!

Room was good with kitchenette which was well equipped but the layout of the space was a bit odd just a long running counter. Breakfast stays open only till 9am Mon-Fri. Vending just had minimal things like water and snack. Front desk could be staffed a bit better often there was no one there.

Great property. Friendly staff. Easily accessible to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

My room had blood on the sheets and I called they did nothing as well as the floors was so sticky I had to clean it myself.

Clean and safe, big spacious rooms with all the ameneties
