The night clerk put us in a room next to the office, that smelt awful. Went to see about changing rooms and the night clerk was gone. Tried to use the AC to circulate fresh air, but it didn’t work. There was no refrigerator in the room, and being right next to a fast food restaurant, it was noisy. Won’t be going back to this location again.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful! The beds were comfy and there wasn’t a lot of noise outside! Plus it’s within walking distance of a few good restaurants, fast food joints, and a Starbucks!

Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel was quiet and clean.

They room stunk. There were bugers on the wall. The key card only worked right after they programmed it. Lots of homeless hanging around. Very noisy at all hours of the night.

There was No breakfast. The AC in the room did not work at all. Upstairs room. It was 93 degrees outside. We were miserable. I reported it to the front desk. Nothing was done! Maintenance of the air conditioning g!

I don’t know how this establishment is in business. The room was in a very deplorable condition. I covered the pillows and bed with towels. Tried to sleep but left after 2 hours. Also, there was a police activity when I arrived, 6 cop cars. I will not recommend especially for a family trip with children.

My room was unsafe, due to break-in in nearby room; police recommended moving out. Amenities: no shampoo, room not cleaned, no soap dish - bar soap slithered around on countertop, water temp at sink only reached tepid, no elevator only outside stairs - at age 83 hard to use stairs to get to my non-smoking room. Large barking dog in room under mine woke me during night. Desk employee not helpful regarding early checkout and misrepresented Hotel.com policies.

This hotel is awful. There are so many very interesting people there. Doing drugs. Living out of their cars. The property is full of trash. And the area feels extremely unsafe. I asked for my money back after seeing the condition. And it was denied due to the manager not being on property. I took video and photos of it. Still trying to get my refund.

Room was small and bathroom was horrible for elderly. Bigger bathroom that can close the door with out having to stand up so door passed my knees. Im 81 years old.

Nothing, it was dirty rundown and unsafe, police were there for hours dealing with a domestic issue

No micro wave or refrigerator when booking with Expedia. I stay st Motel 6’s all the time for years, never had one w/o microwave & tef. Watering in morning with more water going in the gutters and street, wasteful. Desk did not answer phone when calling twice. Never going to stay there again.
