Everything was good except when we asked for room cleaning and they only changed towels and the lady looked at little med maybe she has a bad day

The room was very clean, I liked the fact it smelled good as well.

It was pleasant. Everything went well, I have no complaints. Everything that I needed in regards to my location that I was staying was to my desire and needs.

The hotel was very nice, rooms were clean and the amenities were great. The breakfast was good the gym and pool area were maintained very well.

We got the suite and it felt like a mini home away from ours. Very thoughtful and had a bit of everything easily available in the kitchen. The fridge size was also perfect for a multiple day stay. The suite was also clean. I would go again. We also enjoyed the pool in the evening. I think the water could have been a bit warmer (84 degrees still felt a bit cold but still enjoyable).

Everything was great

I thought it was a wonderful stay, and my family and I really enjoyed our three nights there. The only thing that was disappointing was the pricing. I was paying over $250 a night, and when I found a lower rate on Expedia, the manager would not price match it. She also removed the room from Expedia, which prevented me from getting the lower rate that had been offered. To make matters more frustrating, I saw another guest checking in who was only paying $88 a night. I understand that rates can vary, but the large difference in price was frustrating and left me feeling disappointed. Overall, we had a great stay, but the pricing experience definitely took away from it.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’hôtel est très grand, propre et bien entretenu. Le parking est gratuit, ce qui est un vrai avantage, et le petit-déjeuner est également inclus. Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais suffisant. Le personnel est très agréable, sympathique et serviable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons apprécié notre séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

It was very clean and comfortable. I really liked the amenities, especially the basketball court, swimming pool, and grill area. These were great for our family and made our stay more enjoyable. The hotel was a little farther from Chicago than I expected, and the traffic going back and forth was horrible. The drive into the city took much longer than anticipated.
