Nothing Dirty room . The skirt was dirty with cement on the skirt and food in the sink . No dishes . Bathroom towel was dirty and the smell on the towel smelt like Aas .The room smelt like smoke. Toilet was dirty and that I had to come with my own .

Staff Hotel rooms not being ready on time

Smelled like weed and the front desk was not helpful. When checking in the guy was sleeping and also when checking out the guy was also sleeping. Rooms smelled like cigarettes.

There is no housekeeping or clean towels and sheets unless you have stayed 2 weeks! Oh yeah there is NO MAINTENANCE... toilet clogged up and was made to go to the MARRIOTT TO USE RESTROOM! GO CAMPING INSTEAD OF WASTING MONEY HERE

It was an ok stay.

It was expensive The first room we got had bed bug in it. The manager said we were lien about what we saw put us on a smaller room for 3 days it’s was unfair and rude they still have comped us or gave me any of my money back and it’s not right I had video and pictures

The room stink look un keep don’t waste your money

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was water damage in the halls. Although we were only there for the night our things reeked of smoke.

Hotels.com said there was a free airport shuttle, but there was not. It cost me a lot to get to the hotel. Check-in was slow, as the desk clerk was not present when I arrived. He was very pleasant when he did return. The property apparently sustained some water damage recently and was undergoing repairs, so the floorboards and some wall panels had been removed on the third floor, which was a bit disconcerting. That said, the room was clean.and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't much to speak of, a tray of muffins with a one-to-a-customer sign.
