Hampton Inn & Suites Detroit / Airport - Romulus

Clean property and room. Was quite pleased and felt safe.

Excellent location, very clean & updated rooms, friendly staff, nice pool area, full gym & easy parking....highly recommended.

Jet noise, but otherwise outstanding.

People were great! Very clean. Can go next door for drinks and food

Only 2 things Id advise. Not many local food choices nearby. Near the airport means plane noise all the time

Nice place

Nice spot, affordable and clean near the airport. No complaints, would stay again.

Clean room, friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Always a great place to stay.

Room is clean and in order. The shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport was very informative and cordial. The hotel staff is friendly. The next morning, we checked out early and needed the shuttle pickup. The hotel staff provided us pickup time information. She told us that we can wait inside as the shuttle driver will stop at the front of the hotel. After waiting inside, we decided to wait outside as the shuttle was running behind schedule. WHen he finally came, he helped us with the luggage and we got in the shuttle. The driver went to his next stop but seeing no one waiting outside, he just drove past the next hotel and didn't stop. And my wife and I thought, it was a good thing that we went ahead and waited outside; otherwise, we would've missed our flight. The hotel staff staff may need to inform guests that they must wait outside, in front of the hotel, unless a pickup spot has been agreed to.

The bath mat had dried urine on it! The hot water for tea in the lobby tasted of coffee.

Excellent breakfast

Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable!

Room was large and clean. Easy check in and out. Conveniently located near the airport.

Xxxx

Staff acted like they wish they were somewhere else.

I like it

Clean room, staff and everything.

Good rooms and appreciate that breakfast is included.

I appreciated the grab and go breakfast bag.
