Skyline Hotels by Best Western Detroit Metro Airport

No

Pillows were flat, mattress uncomfortable. It’s an old Delta Hotel. I mean old. Breakfast at 6:30am except there was no staff (server) to work so no breakfast. Brutal. Person at check in was efficient. That was it.

Was a decent place to stay when landing at 11pm.

The hotel is clean, gets the job done, and the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great location if your looking something near the airport

Clean and well appointed room, including bathroom. Good quality towels, bottled water and water glasses , coffee maker, large TV with adequate channels provided. Lisa at the front desk was very pleasant, professional and helpful.

Very close to the airport, Room was clean and had all of the basic necessities.

free shuttle

People an room Need microwaves in the room

Friendly and clean. Needs updating and more help in the bar/restaurant/lobby areas.

Very classy hotel There was some road construction that made it a bit difficult getting to the hotel. Not their fault.

This is my go to hotel when I travel to NY or DC for 2 days. The staff is great including the airport shuttle driver. The room is comfortable. And the food offerings are actually quite good.

Very nice and helpful

We needed a room for just one night near the airport, and this was perfect. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. We had to leave about 4:30am for the airport the next morning, and they have their own bus that leaves every 30 minutes 24/7. No need to schedule it. Everything was exactly as we needed. If there's a downside, it's that it's located pretty much at the end of a runway, but we knew that, and being that close to the airport was important to us. I'd say the last plane to take off or land that was really loud was around 10:30pm. If you want to be near the airport for a good price and with a staff that will make sure your stay is pleasant and without issues, the noise is a minor inconvenience for a limited time. This place is perfect.

The bed was a bit too firm but ok and it served the purpose for a last minute hotel option it was clean and near the airport DTW

Great experience the whole weekend

Loud next to I-94 highway and with planes taking off right over hotel when in-unit temperature control doesn’t allow you to run fan constantly to mask it, thus you’ll be frequently woken up throughout your sleep

The hotel was fantastic. The only thing I could complain about is the bar not opening until 5 PM.
