Chicago Marriott Suites O'Hare

Nice place to stay but the staff was NOT friendly.

I am hearing impaired and I could not enjoy my stay at all due to zero closed cation on the tv. When I ask about the service I as completely shocked of the responses. Staff was unconcerned that the hotel does not cater to hearing impaired.

Hotel staff was GREAT!! Everyone was friendly and willing to assist. The property was clean. However, I was surprised there were not many healthier choices purchased as a snack. I have dietary restrictions and most of the options were high I sodium and sugars. Also, I was not checked into the room type I booked there third party which was a downgrade. The room I was checked into had AC issues. The thermostat would not stay the temperature that was selected and the temperature was so hot in the room I had to keep the windows open for cool air. I did not mention this issues to the staff because I did not want to seem like an unhappy guest.

I'm already overpaying for a room. Just a room. And then you have to pay for parking or your car gets towed. I'm a registered effin guest! And nothing is complementary. They have a pay for use Starbucks coffee machine. So I can't even get a decent cup of coffee in the lobby while waiting to get gouged for a "buffet only" breakfast. We should of saved $100/night and stayed at econolodge where you get a complimentary breakfast and free coffee

My only complaint was the bathroom. I had booked a handicapped room but the bathroom was not very comfortable for people with mobility issues. The toilet was very short and there was No bar next to the toilet to help someone to stand. The toilet also had flushing issues. I had to jiggle the handle and it would not flush completely. You could see a thick line of sealer around the base. We were able to get by with it as is was. If we had stayed longer we would have asked for a different room. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

looking for a hotel close to la guardia, this hotel was perfect. clean and comfortable nice restaurant and bar. one desk clerk on duty, line up to check in because of cancelled flights was ridiculous. Finally another staff opened a till. staff needs better training on checking in speed.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located near the convention center. Room was luxurious and very clean. Parking, while pricey, was very convenient, with automated in-and-out access. Arthur was extremely helpful at check-in and during my stay... he was friendly and professional.

Check in was easy. I think at the most maybe 10 mins. They gave us free waters. The room was more spacious than we thought. You could tell the room were clean they had the clean smell. Id stay here again!
