I included breakfast in the reservation, but they gave us a hard time about the breakfast. But the people in front us wasn't ask for anything to eat breakfast. I felt out of place, and uncomfortable. I wrote it in the wrong spot.

One of the worst stays at a hotel I’ve had. The only elevators were being worked on, understandable, however they didn’t tell us that the key card to be able to get onto the elevator was not working. Spent around 10 minutes before one of the workers (who ignored us for the entire time thus far, even though they saw us trying to use the key card to get on the elevator) finally told us it was down. I tried looking for a staircase just to get up to the floor, but apparently there are no stairs to the lobby? Only from the basement, the stairs there only lead to emergency exits out of the building. I only found this out because I was trying to come back down at some point, staff and cleaners could not help me at all. Saw a person coming down from the elevator, that’s the only way I got up to my floor. There was what apparently fecal matter in the curtains. Absolutely disgusting!! Tried to get breakfast the next morning, staff not available at all! Finally someone came around back and only asked “did you already pay?” No! No one was around so I could pay. I was just told to have a seat and can serve myself and I could pay when someone came to my seat with the check. Another guest came after me, about 10 minutes or so, she seated him and asked what we wanted to drink? What? I have to find someone so I can pay the overpriced Buffett fee, and they were visibly upset I didn’t tip! You didn’t even serve me! I never even saw you until now! Elevator made me miss my uber too!!

Exelente lugar para descansar y pasar tus vacaciones increíbles

Excellent stay at the Sheraton. The hotel was half the price of other hotels in the heart of the city.

Very cool room

The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, but unfortunately, our room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. The carpets were dirty, and the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned properly. Thankfully, we only had to stay for one night. I would strongly caution anyone considering a longer stay, especially if you have asthma, breathing issues, or are sensitive to smoke. The smell of cigarette smoke in the room was overwhelming and extremely unpleasant, and my son really struggled with it. Based on our experience, this room absolutely did not feel like a non-smoking room. Overall, the cleanliness and strong smoke smell made our stay very uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Perfect place if you fly in late and can pick a rental car tomorrow morning nearby.

I’ve been going to this hotel for approximately 15 years and the staff know my name because that care.

The room setup was great with a separate living room area from the bedroom. However it would have been nice to have an overhead light in the bedroom other than just lamps.

Elevators needs to be renewed

This hotel & room was very clean. The staff from shuttle operators, front desk and housekeepers were all very friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel has a flight restaurant in the middle on the bottom floor that serves amazing breakfast. The parking is very spacious and can be added to your stay.

It was ok. It was pretty clean but definitely needs to be updated. The Starbucks wasn’t a real Starbucks; hotel employees run it and the drinks were bad. Staff I met were nice. Also, the paying for parking is crazy because the hotel is not fancy.id give it a 7, out of 10. The location was a 9, for the concert.

The parking is expensive. But except that great hotel and rooms are good

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STAY , WELL, ALMOST, THE COST TO PARK WAS A BIT MUCH, BUT YOU CAN'T HAVE EVERYTHING YOUR WAY. The cost to park. I feel like parking should be free. Also, the fact that there was no breakfast included in our stay.
