Convenient stay for my seminar. I was given free on-site parking for the night since I had an event there which was greatly appreciated. The price was a little high, but I guess that’s to be expected in Chicago and right by the airport. Though you get what you pay for and everything was excellent.

There was water damage in the shower. The property was advertised as luxury and it is not. I paid over $700 per night per room for basically a three star hotel.

the hotel was overbooked (7 rooms over) when I arrived to check in. However the staff was fantastic & still provided a king size bed/room at the same initial cost.... slight wait but great location
