Great hotel, staff is friendly & helpful. Always clean and nice breakfast.

It was a nice room but we had to pay for parking which sucked.

The front desk employees were very helpful. However, I had several issues with the room. The walls are very thin and I could hear the tvs from the rooms next to me. I hung the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. When I returned, housekeeping had entered the room but did very little cleaning. They didn't restock coffee, wash clothes and towels. I had to ask them to clean the room. There was makeup on my pillowcase and the floors were dirty. They had a sprinkler inspection for a Thursday and notified all the guests. However, they did the inspection on Wednesday and tracked dirt into the room. I asked them to clean it twice but the housekeepers didn't do it. I won't be returning

Updated, clean good size room with all amenities needed. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Room was great, perfect size for 4 people and the breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Will definitely stay here again if needed.

The check in didn’t go real well. We requested a 4th floor King Suite but it wasn’t available.My wife called beforehand and was promised that would be taken care of but obviously that was not the case. We were told a room on the 1st floor would be ready in a half hour. We ended up wating 90 minutes. The manager(Sarah)on duty was very unprofessional. She told us maybe this hotel is not for you. The front desk person Ruth was bery friendly, helpful and accommodating. The next day the manager Elaine couldn’t have been nicer along with the front desk person Shannon. Elaine said she would speak to Sarah about her behavior. She gave us extra Hilton Honors points towards on next stay at the hotel. We love the location but were very disappointed with the manager( Sarah)at check in. Thank goodness for Elaine,Ruth and Shannon.

The full refrigerator and kitchenette were great for our week long stay. The water pressure in the shower was perfect! Our room was being cleaned late in the afternoon (after 3).

Front desk was awesome , check in was easy Property was clean room clean , breakfast was really good lots of options. And only a 10 minute drive to Thunder valley casino

They changed key systems and we got locked out of our room 3 different times. Close to the freeway some noise from on ramp. Also charge to park in their lot. $13.00 dollars a day plus a service fee of $13.50

Clean ,friendly staff, nice rooms ..not a huge fan of the bathroom door not closing because it slides close .. love the location 5 min walk or less to top golf , Peet’s , DBros an a bunch of other food locations.. would stay again

We only stayed for one night, but we had a really nice and comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff were warm and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient. We also really enjoyed the breakfast! Nothing fancy, but everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing overnight stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Instead of a welcome, enjoy your stay sign outside, you are greeted with a mandatory pay for parking sign. The hotel is very sterile, no charm whatsoever. There is nothing special about the hotel. It is functional as an overnight stay only. The staff were nice, the issue is solely with the facility and related policies.
