I think you need to get better WIFI as you could not get a real connection

They were nice enough to give us a handicap room because my husband has trouble walking long distances. But the air conditioning heating unit was leaking and so the carpet was getting wet. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the paint was cracking near the tub. The bathroom floor felt sticky and one of the knobs for the bathtub leaked. Finally the Wi-Fi in our room was practically nonexistent. To be fair since we were only there for a short time I didn’t mention all of this to the staff, but I did talk to them about the air conditioner heating unit when we left.

Other than the water pressure being too low our stay was amazing. Location was very good and pleasant we had restaurants all around us and the traffic was very minimal. Breakfast was also good and the hours for the breakfast were good.

Slow elevator, air conditioning system lacked, bed wasn’t comfy one bit

The room and hotel were very clean. The dining area was very clean. The staff was fantastic. The furniture in the lobby was a little dated and worn. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. The breakfasts were good, but I think they should have an egg option in addition to hard-boiled eggs every day. Overall great experience. We were there a week. I also wish they had a hot tub.

Was overall great, except WiFi was terrible. Bordered on unusable, Also, looked for but couldn't;t find hotel information. Turns out you click a QR code to see this unline, but in our room the TV remote was placed on top of the QR code so we missed it.

When I arrived 10 minutes before midnight, there was no one at the front desk. I buzzed it 3 or 4 times before someone came. The wifi was extremely spotty, sometimes unable to open a simple webpage. There were no water fountains that I could find after walking two floors except in the gym, which I couldn't get to past midnight. I ended up letting a cup of ice melt for water to drink.

Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds and a good variety of breakfast options. The room was very nice and the hotel was well maintained. The only downsides were that there was no hot tub, and the pool was quite cold.
