We have stayed before in this motel -- we live in Oregon but have family and friends in MN. The location is great -- near Rosedale Mall with many eating places nearby, and right on 35W for getting to other places in MN. Staff was always courteous, elevator a short walk down the hall (our room was on 3rd) as my husband walks with a cane, plenty of breakfast items, decent parking lot, and heat and cool thermostat for the room. We would stay there again next time we return to the area.

We arrived on Sunday early evening! We were helped by a young man! He checked us in quickly! We went to our room which had a few little things on the bed! We brushed it off and continued to unpack! The breakfast was okay! Lots of space to hang your clothes and jackets! The staff were very helpful!

A nice convenient hotel. Bed was comfortable, shower good. Could have used a little warmer blanket option. Breakfast had limited options. Good coffee.

Requested a room with walk-in shower. Was assigned a room with tub and shower. Asked desk for ADA room with walking shower. After searching said he found the last one. Moved to new room and it was exactly same as previous room. Then found it was adjacent to the elevator. Which could be heard all day and night. Room. Was dark, missing wall light next to the desk. Had metal plate where a light was previously installed.

Staff was great. The room was clean. The only negative review was the showers had no rubber mat for the bathtub and it was very slippery. I guess the towel mat could be put in the tub if needed. Other than that, the room was great.

I booked a room with two queen beds. I got one bed. Went back down to the desk, showed them my reservation and he said we don't have any two bed rooms left. No apology - just a "so what" look. When I told him we needed two beds, he finally said he could get us a rollaway. They brought the rollaway to our room - the sheets on it were filthy! Again, no apology, just an eye roll and said they'd get another sheet. The bathroom was filthy - hair all over the shower, dirt and something sticky all over the bathroom floor. There were empty food wrappers on the floor in the room. Dirt and dust was so thick on the curtains and around the air conditioner it made you sneeze.

The door to the room wouldn't open. Not even with the managers key. The tub held water when showering. Very slow drain. When I called ahead and arranged to have our rooms next to each other, he said it would happen. When I checked in the day of, they did not accommodate our request.

Well taken care of property

Quiet and clean. Good beds and breakfast. Pool was sufficiently warm and clean. Adequate parking. HVAC did not permit constant fan so cycling to keep us warm was distracting. Fortunately we brought a fan for noise suppression and that drowned out cycling noise.
