Studio 6 Sacramento, CA - Natomas & SMF Airport

Nothing There are so many homeless people outside dont feel safe i should be refunded didnt want to check in... False advertisement ad needs to be taken down

I was not happy with this motel 6 there was people hanging outside all over smoking weed , I did not feel safe in fact the door when you close it says lock the dead bolt for your safety !!!! The people that worked there help me find my room I walked around for 30 minutes until another guest kindly helped me find my room . I will never go back !!

I love staying at this Studio 6, every time I come to Sacramento.... I have typically stayed here for 3 weeks to a month at a time, and I have had purely, extremely positive experiences here and always look forward to staying here when I am in this state. I have a rather challenging disability which makes it very difficult for me to touch things and to feel at peace basically anywhere, but the staff at this hotel go far above and beyond to accommodate me and my unique needs every single time I am here. The person I interact with the most is the nighttime/overnight front desk representative, Shanna, and she goes out of her way to treat me with dignity, kindness, and in the most respectful and friendly manner I could ever imagine, all while making every part of my stay here just awesome. She is highly capable, she is quick to find a solution to anything needed and maintains a notably positive, professional and kind way of interacting with the guests, myself absolutely included. Truthfully, her wonderful way of handling not only me but everyone whom I have seen her interact with has made it so that I honestly very much look forward to the time I spend here. I am impressed on every level, not only by her caring and considerate nature as a human being, but equally by her dedication to ensuring every possible thing can be done to make my stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. I know she extends the same courtesy and thoughtfulness to every guest, and this hotel is lucky to have her as their customer-facing representative :) The manager of this hotel, all of the other front desk reps, the housekeeping staff and the maintenance personnel also all do a fantastic job of running this establishment. The rooms are always extremely clean whenever I stay here, literally every room , every single time (and I have spent over 6 months collectively here if the days/weeks are added together).

Bad

Homeless people always on the property, there were people there that didn’t belong there, working on cars. Noisy people in the other rooms,swimming pool was dirty, staff was nice but overall 1 star review,

I went to enter my room. Another guest approached me asking for a ride. After saying no he replied " he knew where i lived and was going to take all my stuff." After notifying the staff they disclaimed my request for another room or refund. I promptly left the property and rented another room

Good

Property is older. It was hard to sleep due to walls being thin. All night we heard body movements such as walking, talking and laughing.

Beds were comfy. Only complaint was my toaster was dirty looking so I couldn’t use it.

They started off by trying to charge us twice even after showing payment confirmation, then they charged me $100 deposit which was supposed to be returned at check out. When I called later in the day to ask about it, they said it had be refunded. Once our call ended, my deposit just happened to show up in my account. We also returned with bites from bed bugs all over us. I will be reporting this facility. I have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst experience DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here!!

When we walked in the room smelt really good like a fabulouso! Loved it the only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t have shampoo/conditioner or body wash.

I entered the room and there was a strong disinfectant smell that made my head hurt I couldn’t stay in the room. I would rather sleep on the street than inside there.

Good price, great room got a double queen. The room was very nice, that’s the main thing. I did have a couple of minor issues with the amenities, staff, and location. I selected this location for the price and room, but also for the laundry room. When I arrived the lady told me the machines took 3 quarters each, and they make change at the counter but they’ve been out of quarters so I would have to go elsewhere to get them. They also have some items for sale, one item looked like laundry detergent and she said it was, upon closer inspection it is fabric softener. So, after going to the store that night to get detergent and getting up early to get change I go to the machines and they are not $.75 like the lady said, they are $3.00. I did not get $6.00 in change, I only got $2.00 because the lady told me the machines only need 3 quarters each. I found a laundromat down the street, plenty of machines and it was well kept, I also found a place that sells amazing pupusas. The lot and surrounding block to the motel look a little sketchy, just go down another block and it’s an another world, there is everything you need. It’s not a terrible place but I wouldn’t stay there unless I absolutely had to.

The price was very affordable for a Saturday evening. I liked the location and the proximity to restaurants.

Location, kitchenette, Some tenets do not respect others, noise, throwing trash outside rooms, smoking marijuana, some staff could not speak English.

WE DIDNT STAY THERE AND WE HAVR TOLD YOU THIS FOR 2 WEEKS!!!!

Although the room was clean over the 3 night stay the room was never cleaned or restocked. There was 1 packet of coffee in the room and when we asked for more we were told we had to pay $1 a packet. In 52 years on this rock I have never been charged for coffee at a hotel. The exterior including stairs and walkways are completely filthy and the same cups were on the same steps the entire time we were there. They had no trash cans outside for people to throw their trash so it was just spread everywhere. Do not recommend.
