Convenient location less than a 10minute walk from the old town. Staff was very friendly and helpful, will definitely be returning.

The staff was extremely helpful moving our reservation out due to an unexpected flat tire on our road trip. Check in was a little confusing. It was also unclear on how to get the luggage cart to the parking garage to get our luggage from our car. Parking is super easy. The rooms are really small which we expected. However we didn't take in to account that we had a lot of luggage due to the 5 week road trip we were on. My suggestion is to pack light. I wish I we would have prepared and just packed a small bag for the 2 night stay. The location is great! Walking distance to a lot of really good restaurant's.

The hallways were warm with a musty smell, the room had a light musty smell but the ac worked great, shampoo, conditioner and shower body soap/gel and other toiletries were provided. There was a small but nice breakfast with scrambled eggs, orange juice, apple juice, bananas, apples, yogurt, bagels with cream cheeses, muffins, Nutella, jelly, oatmeal packets with different toppings, cereal with milk and coffee was great. Lobby smelled great and staff were very friendly. Wi-Fi was provided for free also. Parking was 25 dollars per day but the hotel was a very convenient walking distance to most all areas.

The elevator broke down, but the staff was on top of it and quickly reset it. We had loud neighbors, but the property was super convenient to old St. Augustine. We'd stay again for sure.

The location is excellent. The room and bathroom were both spacious. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Nice room, quiet 2nd floor, minimalist free breakfast, convenient walking distance to everything.

I wanted to start off by saying this was one of the bussy weekends holiday weekend!! We checked in without a problem other than waiting for the employee to come out to the front after few mins to see us ! Got to our room there was water all in the front ceiling parts coming down bathroom was not cleaned, went down immediately where now it’s 7pm and the employee stated there was only one room left and it was the floor under us and same room. I made them aware we had dinner reservations and would like to go have dinner first before seeing the next room we already had long ride to get to hotel and was getting tired. We had dinner we returned grabbed all of our belongings and went to the second room they gave us which they said was our last room they had. As we entered the room water on floor and was was coming down the sides I took videos and pictures. Washer dry wasn’t working properly, elevator was an issue to and they couldn’t even help. They stated I gave to call corporate for the issues that happened the attitude given was also unacceptable from front desk lady as we stood there in line with other guest having issues as well and her response was this isn’t a 5 star hotel but we are paying a lot just to stay here never had an issue like this during travel

Didn't think the breakfast was worth the time. The hallways was was very hot and smelly. The elevator stopped working. Parking was very little.

We love staying here.! We stayed in July and then again in September. It’s so beautiful and very clean. Very good choice of hotel. The hotel is in walking distance of Saint George Street. You have to call the hotel for a balcony room. No big deal just something future guests need to know.

The beds are very firm. Wasn’t able to get a good nights sleep. Sue was amazing and super helpful.

My stay was comfortable and check-in was efficient. Despite pre-paying, An additional hold was placed on my credit card for an additional cost of 1.5 days. This charge for “incidentals” is excessive in my mind.

Nice location, staff was friendly and helpful STAINED FITTED SHEET, snagged worn box spring cover and no mattress encasement/zippered mattress protector, just an ill fitted mattress protector. It was late and we already switched rooms due to a chirping fire alarm in our room so we had to lay a towel over the sheet to not sleep on the stain. The hotel looks nice at first glance but cleanliness and sanitary issues should come first.

It is an older hotel but is very nicely maintained. The room was very clean. And quiet. I liked that I could walk to everything.

Great location, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The hotel was clean and very comfortable beds.
