We enjoyed our stay. It is literally at the airport, but it was quiet and it was easy to get to wherever we wanted to go.

Everyone was great.

Clean room, respectful staff. Breakfast was ok. Was not crazy about the coffee.

Staff is very friendly. We love staying here.

I did not have the breakfast because of time. However, it looked great! We had a little problem adjusting the AC, but finally got it to work correctly.

There was a mix up in the location. We thought that we had reserved a hotel at Jekyll Island, but we later found out later that it was reserved at St. Simons Island. We called Expedia and was going over the issue and in the middle of the conversion they hung up. We ended up going home, we thought we did not have a room for the night. There were no rooms at any of the hotels on Jekyll Island that night.

Easy check in - discussed Port St Lucie with the man who checked me in (he knew the PSL, Tradition area well) Room very comfortable- bed and sheets were amazing- never had such a comfortable bed away from home I booked this stay to go to Driftwood Beach. I had a wonderful time and will definitely return😃

Breakfast was great, the staff was wonderful, and the location was convenient. Surprisingly, despite the airport being directly behind the building, I barely heard any airplane noise! The carpets desperately need to be cleaned. There were stains EVERYWHERE - in our room, throughout the hallways, and I’m pretty sure there was even vomit or some kind of caked-on food in the closet of our room. The bathroom faucets were also extremely outdated.

The best stay ever! Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. This location had the friendliest staff that I have ever encountered, particularly Evonne Wilcox. She is welcoming and engaged with a genuine desire to help you have the best stay possible. This was our first visit to St. Simon's Island and she made great suggestions about attractions, restaurants and things to do on the Island. Every suggestion was spot on. If I ran things at Corporate, I would elevate her to a senior customer service administrator for training. She is a very valuable asset for the Hilton Team.

Ms. Donita and the general manager should receive standard of excellence accommodations for their excellent customer service.

Friendly staff, clean rooms

Located next to a private airport, however it was not noisy. Desk clerk was nice and informative. Room was clean and breakfast good. A/C was out in the halls during our stay. Traffic stayed pretty busy however, would stay again if in the area.

The front desk staff was exceptional! Mr L was a perfect welcome and my little one really enjoyed s’mores! Leaving.

Clean spacious room. The property is well Maintained. Small hotel so easy access to all amenities.

The staff was professional and helpful. We loved the room & shower. I didn't like that I was charged a pet fee of $75. No one told me I would be charged $75 for my 14 year old terrier who slept on her blankets while I was there. Two websites for Home Suites said Pet Friendly and didn't mention a fee. That is why I selected your hotel. I'll stay somewhere else next time when I travel with Lucy who doesn't have a fee like La Quinta. If you need to charge a fee, $75 is outrageous.

bathroom not so clean. The shower needs to be kept free of grim and the shower head needs to be replaced it is coated with slim and scale. It has not been cleaned in some time. Also, Bathroom sink needs to be cleaned where the overflow hole is located slim and you can see the drain for it has not been cleaned at all.
