I had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, making it easy to get around. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again!

External property was well maintained and well lit at not; unfortunately my room want as clean: sticky spots on the floor toilet wasn’t clean and smelled of cigarette smoke makes with air freshener. Bathroom was rather dated. Parking was convenient

Melanie was so nice and helpful. Even when there was a water problem, she was always there to help. We always choose this place and even more so with Melanie there.

Beautiful little sweet. Very very clean. Great location. Used to get to felt very safe. All the conveniences were needed. The only downside is that they really could upgrade the bed. It was uncomfortable and probably needs a new mattress, but not enough that we wouldn’t stay here for a night again if we come back for another concert

Room was pretty inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Our room was clean but unfortunately had a strong odor (musty smell), had to wash everything that we had in the room when we got home. Sounds travel from above and outside. Mattress was fine but pillows were super puffy, felt like we were sleeping propped up.

EXACTLY what a hotel should be. Clean, comfortable, QUIET! Felt very at home. No notes!

It was a good stay. It was very much what I expected. The room was equipped with a kitchenet. I was able to prepare some light meals and save a little money. Quiet for the most part. I was very happy with my stay.

Four things could make it better. 1.I could not sleep in the bed because I could not get into it - way too high and I'm not a short person. 2. Have sheets in the sofa bed. I had to sleep with no covers or anything the first night. 3. Provide more than one wastebasket. 4. Remote instructions. It took us quite awhile to figure it out and then we had to try to figure out what we did again.

Cleanliness was great. Property manager was very helpful as was housekeeping.

Friendliness everywhere. Affordable Corp Suites will be our first choice the next time we visit Blacksburg, VA / Roanoke area. I wish their business model was nation-wide. We went to the wrong location and they politely notified our location we were coming to check-in. A new desk clerk was in-training and the manager and trainee smiled and interacted with much friendliness. Upon check out, housekeeping was very friendly.
