Good location, clean,

No parking was the problem. I need to know I can park my car and not have to worry about coming back to the hotel by myself in the dark. The parking garage that they depend on is too far to have to walk.

Location is good, if you are a climber, it is great. The staffs were great, very kind and helpful. Free coffee from the downstair cafe was nice too. The bunk bed was a little dirty, we found chips and hairs on it. The family room has no window. Pipes were loud at night we have to turn off the AC.

Very unique, eclectic. Had several stores, a bar, a coffee shop, climbing/bouldering area as an entire complex. Room had a very functional patio with table, chairs to enjoy. Beds, linens were comfy, cozy. Needs something in bathroom on which to lay clothes.

The staff were extremely helpful and the room was very comfortable. It was great to have the coffee bar and also the climbing gym in the hotel.

Worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in in my life. No window in the room, ceiling was low and can’t even stand up out of bed without hitting your head. Absolutely horrible and can’t believe I spent over $250 on this room.

Nice location , close to...

Coolest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The room was cramped. The floor was concrete. The bathroom had a leaky faucet and the shower only had half a glass door, so the water got out onto the floor of the bathroom. Might as well not even have a patio if its not going to have any views.
-
It is a good value for the city center. No laundry facility, no gym for free, not evenva desk in the room if you need to work...Nice for vacation but not on business trip.

Staff were friendly and nice Nothing I can think of

The unique setup. It's a facility with a character. Bed was super comfortable. Shower unit without curtains. Street parking only even though the hotel shows up in the results using filter for "parking available"
-
Very cool and different hotel compared to typical chain hotels.

It was one of the most unique hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. I liked that our room looked like a cabin. Very outdoors/active themed. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. AC and TV worked. Lots of amenities and activities to do in the hotel. There is a cafe in the mornings, sauna, bar, retail, so much! I liked that it was in walking distance to Slackwater too so that was a nice dinner option. I didn’t like that there was no fridge or microwave in the room so i couldnt really bring leftovers. And it was a very cozy room but maybe a little window would’ve been a nice addition to have some sunlight.

An outstanding place to stay. Highly recommend it!

Great, funky vibe hotel with modern decor. Staff were great. Not really walking distance into town and parking was an issue, but apart from that we loved the hotel
