Front desk staff was very helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs. Breakfast was delicious and amenities were awesome.

We had to leave for airport before breakfast was served , so they gave us each a banana. We were hoping that yogurt might also be available, but a banana with a tablespoon of peanut butter sufficed. Train Station walking distance to hotel. Tabernacle walking distance to hotel. Uber could pick up / drop off in front of hotel. We were not aware in advance that we would have to pay $30 per day parking fee in addition to hotel fess. Thankfully we were dropping off our rental car after we unloaded suitcases.

I really enjoyed how clean it was, how safe I felt, and how close it was to everything we wanted to do. Nothing really. A little pricy to park, but overall not bad

rooms were awesome 1 ply toilet paper really should do better with that, and mediocre breakfast at best

Outstanding breakfast! Room was huge. Staff was very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. Excellent location. 10/10 all around.

The hotel's easy access to the Salt Lake City Convention Centre was perfect. The staff were friendly, rooms and environment were very clean. The buffet breakfast had variety of choices. The gym and pool area added value in no small way. On the whole, my husband and I had a wonderful experience.

Room was clean, and quite from street noise. Great location for food. Walking distance to delta center.

There is no bar at this hotel so if you wanted to sit and chill out, you'll have to go somewhere else. The room had the AC at night blowing directly in your face, we had to use a chair to try and close the vent but it was still flowing air directly onto us while we were in bed. The fan also was in the bedroom as opposed to the living area so it did wake us up every time it went off. We ended up sleeping with no AC as a compromise. That said, the hotel is in a great location, right across the street from some great restaurants. The hotel was clean, the gym was clean, the staff was friendly, we had an actual bedroom with a kitchenette. Overall, a decent hotel.

Location Breakfast was low /poor quality. Room was dirty (floors, sinks, countertops). The cleaning staff gave us dirty coffee mugs. Even when we requested cleaning they still did not lit any effort into it. The hot tub and pool was beyond disgusting. This was a very poor choice. Everyone beware. By the way , I did alert the staff and I took pics.
