The building is not new, but it is clean and well maintained. Considering the location and price, I think it's a good hotel for those who want to keep accommodation costs down.

Need to update the rest of the rooms some are not in good shape

Absolute dump run by lying criminals who discriminate against their guests and decide on personal bias who to put in one of their bad rooms (201-205) that they know full well have bad plumbing with no hot water or water pressure. If they decide to put you in one of these and then you complain they will gaslight you like crazy, saying over and over that you are the only one in the hotel who is complaining and even try to insist you don't know what hot water is, acting as if cold water is hot. In fact, most of the rooms DO have hot water as I found out by asking other guests and then when I got a room on the bottom floor with piping hot water. But it was still disgusting, reeked of mold and looked like it was never cleaned under the beds ever. I asked to have the gross garbage under the bed cleaned and they refused and gave me a broom to do it myself. I experienced extremely disturbing psychological abuse and blatant discrimination I believe due to my disability of facial scar. The aggressive and rude clerk chose to give me a bad room (201) facing the loud street and no hot water when there were plenty of rooms with hot water available. He even showed me another room (205) as the "only" other alternative option (lie) which he knew had even worse plumbing problems and even colder water, when he could have offered me a room with hot water. I will be filing a lawsuit due to the discrimination and abuse I suffered. These people should not be allowed to run a business.

Basic accommodations. Clean room. Quiet. Good for price/value.

One staff member was very friendly and helpful. A white woman who assisted me two nights in a row. The property run down, and the rooms are really bare; no nightlights
-
I could not stand the place. There was water outside the door to the room as if they just hosed down the hallway. There was no furniture in the room as shown in the photos on their website. They misrepresented their property.

Our phone was not connected. We had an adjoining room but the lock didn't work. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom floor. No soap holder in the shower. The beds wereamazing!
-
Convenient location, laundry on site, unfortunately room dirty, tub faucet fell off. Otherwise nice room, use of period furniture.

It was open late for our check in at 11:30 pm Needs upgrade especially the elevator

Beds were clean, but building was very dated. Other furniture was stained and old. Very glad there was hard floors, carpet would have creeped me out. Keys did not work the first time. Sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. Did not feel like a safe area especially with outside entrance to rooms. Very old elevator, fingers crossed we would get stuck every time we used it.
-
It was a clean room with a comfortable bed. Exactly what I needed.
-
We didn't like it at all. It doesn't look anything like the photos. Its old and badly maintained. We didn't stay, but immediately moved to another hotel. We had prepaid, and were refused a refund. Buyer beware.
