Best Western Windsor Pointe Hotel & Suites-Frost Bank Center

It is an older location, but very well kept and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Exceptional

Eh eh eh eh eh eh eh iffy eh rude eh

The location of the hotel. The room i was staying in could have been bigger and they could have provided a variety of food for breakfast.

Passable

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. On initial arrival to the room it was a bit hot, but very nice and cold at night.

I came in from Austin. The staff both checking in/out were genuine, sincere, and fun to talk with. I didn't pick this hotel...I only came down to see ac/dc. Right off the top, there is a smoking floor. That was a flashback to the old days. But don't book this place if you are looking for the Ritz Carlton....think more "no tell-motel". I would definitely stay here again for the value and location. And it's right off 35 (ish)

The convenience price and location Rooms need to be renovated

Shower handles broken having to work with it make work. Spider on bed and nates flying around in room.

Bad

The fact that they cancel my reservation and I was not notified until I got to the location

Employ attitude is not great

There were ants in my room and the gym was being used as storage so you couldn’t utilize the area. Also the breakfast was never stocked. One morning there was no plates or milk , then next there was no eggs. The vending machines on the property did not work so no snacks or drinks could be bought.

Clean room, friendly staff, all the amenities I needed, conveniently located, and tasty breakfast in the morning

The staff was very friendly, room was clean, had all the amenities I needed, and was conveniently close to where I was going

Sleeping at night was difficult since hotel is closed to a major highway. Breakfast was poor quality, no choice for nutritious items. Ice machine had no ice.

Ok

Old hotel limping along.

Nice, clean very nice place to stay Very nice clean convenient

Location was great and the staff was very friendly Nothing comes to mind
