Embassy Suites San Antonio Riverwalk-Downtown

It’s a great ‘suites’ hotel! Although expensive it’s worth every $. Breakfast buffet with made to order omelets:) great area right on the river walk in San Antonio .

Even though there was remodeling going on during our stay, the accommodation were superb. Beds were comfortable and staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was tasty. The managers evening happy hour special was a nice treat.

Our stay was just ok. There were minimal room amenities and we had to request bedding for the pull out sofa and extra towels just to have enough for all of us. The beds are not comfy. Breakfast is included but the food was cold and not as many options as we have had at other Embassy Suites. On the plus side the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Rooms are spacious. Friendly staff, clean hotel, great breakfast, walking distance to restaurants and shops. We decided to go with valet parking due to the in and out privileges rather than going across the street for a few savings. Stayed for a night for a concert but definitely booking with them again for any future getaway’s and take advantage of the hotel’s full amenities.

The room was very clean, well maintained and spacious. The balcony view of the Riverwalk was beautiful! The staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The lobby was gorgeous, I loved the fountain. The fitness center was well equipped and clean.

Kudos to all for the awesome renovations, fresh smelling rooms and amenities. We will definitely be back!!

We had the top floor, great view. Spacious suite. Was able to check in 1,5 hour early. Just by the riverwalk. Valet parking is expensive, so we didn't use it.

The location Beds not the comfiest, dirty blanket on the floor of the closet. Rust in the bathroom

Close to Riverwalk. Free breakfast was good. Hot water in shower ran out within 5 min in the shower—2 days in a row. They were charging $60/night for parking. Found parking about a block away for only $10/day. Pool was small, no hot tub.

Everything was great There was nothing I did not like.

The amenities and breakfast buffet were great for the price love the room layout It seemed like a half clean to the room there were only a couple of towels and a half roll of toilet paper no backups or extras

Location

It was right on the Riverwalk & in the middle of downtown. The suites were spacious, we'll appointed & comfortable. Breakfast & happy hour were complimentary & enjoyable. Nothing!
