Such a nice place for what you pay ac worked amazinggg definitely will book agian if I ever end up going to Texas ever again friendly staff!

Good place to stay

The place is clean not too shady of an area but I probably won’t stay there again. The office guy was kinda rude. Younger guy wears 👓 not the old guy he’s cool. I mentioned to him what I read about there reviews online and mentioned people not getting there deposits back he was quick to say “well if u don’t wanna stay here I’ll give your money back” That right there showed no professionalism if I didn’t have my sons graduation to go to I would of took my 💰 and left.

Just basic stuff

It’s a clean basic room to sleep in. We mainly slept there. The room is much smaller than appeared in photos, and once you pay they do not issue refunds if you leave early. I assume (from the attire of the occasional lady at the bus stop in front) that it is in a high drug/prostitution neighborhood. It’s clean, inexpensive, and okay; but I would not recommend it.

Exceptional

The room was small & the soap small, but the room was clean & the air conditioning was very cold. I would stay here again. We were gone most of the day & used it to sleep after visiting grandson, but it was quite & adequate. It was perfect for what we needed it for. Denny’s it right around the corner for breakfast.

This place is not in a good area & is extremely run down. I was afraid my car was going to get broken into. The rooms are constructed of cinderblocks & extremely tiny (8’x10’). It was about 85 degrees inside the room when I checked in at 10pm & they are cooled by window units (which don’t work too well). It took over an hour to bring the temp of the room down maybe 5 degrees. It was miserable! The pillows on the bed were so old that they were completely flat. So glad that I brought my own! I never post negative reviews but I felt the need to make others aware before booking this motel.

I was there for four days. The elevator was not working at all. I had to climb up to the fourth floor to my room and 410 some of the doors would not let me in to the building.

Front desk was amazing and helped me even though I made the booking error. Very friendly.

I just came here to celebrate my son graduation at the Lackland Airforce base. This is one of the hotels that is close to the base, that is why I stayed here, and that maybe the only good reason. Other than that, the hotel is not clean, poor, most of front desk persons can not speak english. AC system was really noisy, it makes a loud noise when it automatically turn on and off which kept my wife awake at nights. Sorry management, I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

No pool, small room, need more cleaning, cleaning personnel showed up once per week.

The staff could not understand English! The AC unit didnt work and we had to go buy fans as it was 104 degrees outside. We stayed for 4 days and they gave us 1 roll of toilet paper for multiple people. We had a handicap room and a second room and they could not figure out that I had both rooms registered to me. The gas station next door is not safe for anyone that is not a cop or after 3pm! Definitely bring a battle buddy if you stop there! The rooms smelled horrible only had 2 sets of towels the whole time. They also took 2 extra deposits that were not listed anywhere! So be prepared for that to come out of your account and they will possibly give it back to you if the rooms are in order and full inventory or when you leave! It may be a 7 minute walk from Lackland Air force Base but it is not a safe walk! Hookers, drug dealers, guns, knives alll within reach by the crowd lurking around the hotel. Do not put your family at risk pay extra money and get a better, safer hotel! Because after all they charge your account the extra money anyway!

The staff was friendly rooms were clean had what we needed so I have no complaints about executive service

its a clean and quiet place to stay.
