Motel 6 San Antonio, TX - Sea World North

Clean room, comfortable bed and great customer service.

The room was clean. SERVICE was right.

The place looked like it had been bombed out. The second we opened our VERY tiny room, it reeked of mildew. The bathroom ceiling had mold over at least 25% of it. There was very little room to move around the bed. The furniture pieces were super cheap and peeling badly. Everything was worn and in bad shape. We only stayed the night because we arrived at 2 am but canceled the second night of our reservation as soon as we got up. Because of this experience, we will no longer stay in Motel 6 hotels. I know some of them are decent basic hotels but we won’t risk running into another rundown crappy place.

Mold in the shower I am completely allergic and I had a hive breakout. Hair all over the bed and shower floor along with the sink. Disgusting condition.

Exceptional

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! I needed to borrow a hair dryer and they immediately got one for me. I also had a small problem on Monday night in which the staff sent someone right away and solved the problem. Nothing, everything was good!

Passable

Superb

Bad

We will not be ever coming back !?!!! Should be condemned with all the cockroaches and spider and mold on the ceilings, there ws a peephole on top of the ceiling!

Quick and fast booking Was pleased

Desk staff was very friends and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Cleaning staff was always very friendly

Great location and it was close to where I was going, The room was really clean , a/c worked ready good was nice and cold in the room, the bed was really comfortable and the staff was really nice and friendly.

The location near Sea World Is so comfortable, clean great location

only issue I had was air conditioner was loud. Otherwise it was fine. bed was very comfortable.

Location was good, near a movie theater, and many other stores and restaurants. Pool was clean. Room was very small. No dressers for clothes. Walls were thin. You can hear neighbors talking, or walking thru hallways. Back door to hotel would not close properly, so it was open at all times and connected to stairway. And although nice, they gave guests a “free gift,” which was a travel sized areal deodorant.

The hotel was clean, bathrooms was very clean, it smelled clean and looked very clean The floor between the beds was very sticky -- i had to take a very hot wash cloth to wipe the floor. What ever was on the floor turned the wash cloth black.

The best Motel 6 in San Antonio hands down

It was very comfy at first but then when we layed in the bed and went to the bathroom we saw blood stains in the sheets and curtains. We asked the staff to change them but when we came back they had just flipped them.

I love this place!! Very convenient to everything i need! Friendly staff...only thing is the long term stay people are messy and creepy in the parking lot at night
