This place was awesome! A separate bedroom from the living room and a kitchen. They even had a little guest 4th of July party!

The staff was excellent. Everyone I spoke to throughout my stay were so friendly and accommodating. Parking was excellent and I really liked seeing security on premises after hours. We got there late and my room keys were waiting for me in a lockbox which made it super easy to get settled. I really liked having a full kitchen as we utilized the fridge, microwave and oven. I would definitely stay here again but I will be better prepared as far as the kitchen is concerned. Cookware is very limited (a small pan and pot). There are some cooking utensils but I had to run to Walmart to buy a small bake pan and some dish soap. They provide a hot pad, wash rag, towel and a dishwasher pod but when you only have 4 plates and a few glasses and not many cooking utensils it seems pointless to run the dishwasher. My only complaint is the dirty floor. Our feet were so dirty from walking around the room it was a bit disgusting. Most of the floor is laminate so a good mopping would do wonders.

Parking was great and parking lot was well lit. Staff was great & helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Kitchen was really nice just missing paper towels and liquid dish soap more utensils and a blender would have been nice to have. We drink breakfast smoothies so needed one. No conditioner in shower,

We went for a little family vacay and we LOVED the apt/hotel. very spacious and clean !! definitely staying again if we visit San Antonio

Based on high ratings, we chose this hotel for a weekend getaway, but it was a deeply disappointing and stressful experience. From the moment we walked in, the room had an awful, oppressive odor. My son suffers from asthma, and the smell immediately triggered a severe attack. We spent the night awake just waiting for sunrise so we could safely pack up and leave early. The cleanliness standards were completely unacceptable: the sheets were visibly dirty and carried a stale, unpleasant odor, and we found hair left behind in the shower. Because of these health and sanitary issues, we checked out a day early. While I understand hotel refund policies, refusing to make an exception given these alarming conditions is very frustrating. I cannot recommend this property to families.

This was my first and last time staying at this hotel. From stained pillowcases, sheets with the little balls that make your skin itch to the clogged sink. Yuck yuck yuck! Additionally it is hard to get someone at the front desk after 5. Just a horrible experience

Room was clean. Loved the fact the there was a full-size refrigerator stove with oven and a dishwasher! the place was an excellent value for the price we paid. we will be staying there the next time we are in town.

The rooms were not stocked like most hotels. There was a quarter of a roll of toilet paper in the restroom. We had no complementary shampoo or body soap in our room but there was in my parent’s room. There was no hair dryer in my room but there was in my parents. Also the mattress on the pull out sofa bed was super thin. Sheets are not soft and very used. Overall the very cheap feel about the room. No pool

The suite was very spacious. I loved the fact that it had a kitchenette. I was upset that they downgraded my reservation from a king suite to a double queen suite but other than that it was a good stay.

The staff was very nice. I reserved a Double Bed but was given a King Bed. We made it worked but other than that the stay was nice. I booked a Double Bed and was given a King Bed. I didn't find out until I checked in.

Nothing!!!!! Terrible hotel. They canceled my reservation at 2:47pm on the arrival date. This is crazy. Full of lies. I came to check in at 3pm, they told me my booking was canceled. They sent email at 2:47pm. Check in time is 3pm. Very last min. And they don't tell me why. They hide their mistakes ( probably over booking)

One of the tvs was not working.. they moved us to a different room and it was not the same accommodations we had in the first room.

Nice rooms, love the separation for the bedroom/ kitchen and living room. Was able to bring out own groceries and save a ton.
