SureStay Plus by Best Western San Antonio Airport

Everything was good. The hotel was under a little construction, so certain amenities were not available. But the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We needed a one night stay. It did the job. No frills, bells or whistles. Clean room and convenient parking.

The location was great The bed was very uncomfortable, the room wasn't clean. It hadn't been dusted, the baseboards were filthy, they didn't have complementary soap to at least wash your hands and there were kids yelling and running up and down the hallway.

Nothing … no ice… dirty sheets… expect you to come out of pocket but they can’t hold up there end as a company… too many bogus extra fees total failed experience. Would never recommend this place for anyone.. Deposit $ 100 is a bit ridiculous…

The room wasn't bad. The bed and pillows were comfy. The fridge worked great The remote, TV and especially the ac, worked fine. The place is a little dirty but not nasty. It's dated. The breakfast was ok eggs sausage cereal juice and toast. Nothing fancy but hit the spot. It served it's purpose and can't beat the price. I would stay here again.

Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely dirty, with stains that appeared to be blood and food left in the freezer. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and there was a very unpleasant smell. I left the same day. I would not recommend this place.

We rented a room due to no electricity at home after a strong storm, and it was in the middle of summer. The beds were comfortable, showered well. The room was okay, some stains on the wall, but the bedding itself was clean. The breakfast was very limited: eggs, toast, mini muffins, two cereal options, apples, two juice options, and coffee. The a/c was off when we first walked into the room, so it took a while to cool down. It served its purpose for the circumstance.

STAFF WAS REALLY NICE

The location is easy to return to after a day out with family. Cleanliness. I did not like that the fridge did not work Room 129, the ice machine in the hallway was out of order. No ice for the room bucket.

it advertises buffet breakfast but only had cold cereal and scrambled eggs they had to reprogram my card key twice there back door where are room was was not working so had to walk around the whole building just to get in

room was clean but the shampoo soap conditioner dispenser were not filled. we has an odd number od towels and washcloths for the room and construction dirt was left behind the door in the bathroom. I did point it out to staff but nobody came back to clean it. nothing I didn't like

Needed a room for one night and this hotel fit that bill. The housekeeping wasn't great but the staff was polite and helpful. Probably won't stay here again but the price was right for an emergency trip out of town.

They canceled my reservation

It was right in front of the highway across the airport. So it was very easy to get around. Staff was very friendly and polite. Room was clean $100 deposit yet the fridge was not working, some lamps were not working, the plug in to connect my charger were loose, the restroom fan was not working and it took a minute to get the door closed because it would not close and lock.

Staff was ok. Not the happy, welcoming kind. Improvement needed in cleaning

Staff were nice and helpful rooms were clean.
