TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Antonio Northwest at The RIM

Superb

Everything. All categories were wonderful

Bad

We didn't use any of the amenities. Was in town for a quinceanera, so was busy all weekend. But I did like that it was located in the middle of an open mall.

The location

Nice area and very clean Friendly staff, clean great area

Room smells like pets

Everyone and everything was very nice

Everything!

Love the area because it’s so close to so many things such a beautiful view everything was great ! Clean showers better scrub the entire floors and walls.

Close to all the stores and restaurants. Fair price for the area and amenities

Property was very convenient. Our bedding had stains on it as did our shower mat.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Staff is friendly and quick to assist. The property was clean and organized as well as welcoming. Breakfast was included and good, well stocked—-never seemed to run low. Staff kept areas clean, wiping counters and tables as soon as people walked away! Our room was spacious and served it purpose for the visit. A/C was a bit confusing to adjust and maintain temp. But it was better to be cold than muggy hot! Our only other disappointment was finding a dirty toilet when we first got to the room.

I prepaid on Expedia & was charged by hotel as well. They say they will remove the charge but wanted to warn others to check their credit cards to make sure they were not double charged

We had a great stay at TownePlace Suites. I really liked that parking was free! Our room was very clean. The young lady that checked us out quickly saw that there was an error on our bill that I didn't even know about. She was very kind, brought it to my attention and relayed the issue to her manager. Her manager took care of it right away. Great customer service :)

Exceptional
