Americas Best Value Inn & Suites San Benito

Room floor was dirty. Found small bugs in restroom. No continental breakfast as advertised. Not enough towels. Thin bedspread and sheets.

There were no amenities to speak of. The area around the ice machine was as if a homeless person was living there. The room was musty and roaches running around. No coffee maker. Had to run and get one. There was no shampoo or hand soap products. The thing going for the location was the proximity to my destination.

Got charged for a suite and stayed in a regular room.

This facility does not offer breakfast

Dirty rude employees

A/C

Was in a bad location...room had body oder in it....no hot water....loud people above us...

The perfect who checked us in was quick and very polite. The room could use a thorough cleaning as I found hairs in the sink, hairs on the shower walls, old toothpick on the floor, towels are old and stained. Old stains on the restroom wall/doors. The bed was nice, room temperature was perfect, great tv service, quiet place

Blanket had stains and towels hair on them

No water pressure and roaches

The pool was nice The toliet was clogged and wouldn’t flush right , the room smelled like throw up and beer that was exploded in the fridge smell.

The room was good everything was clean and neat it was also comfy and it served it’s purpose. There was nothing I didn’t disliked it was good

I enjoyed staying at the hotel.

It was clean We stayed in room 103 and the neighbor and 104 had their TV on so loud and they out where you could hear it even with our TV on and we called the office to tell them about it, but I don’t think anything was ever done because the TV was so loud like ridiculously loud

Bugs in the room. Low water pressure

When we checked in the bed sheets were dirty.

Horrible we were catfished! Complete opposite of what they show online! Room dirty, smelled of urine and cigarettes! False advertisement at its best! They are pictures before the new owners because it is not what they show! BECARFUL IM UPLOADING PHOTOS! Tbey refused to refund us, even though we stayed at a different hotel. Within 15 minutes we were out. My husband said dont judge a book by its cover, go look at the room. If his jaw dropped, imagine mine. Windows with no glass but plastic bags sealing it. Push carts next to our room door, little lighting, the wall colors didnt match, cigarettes every where. Im sorry but it was bad, then the wifes owner is a horrible person she was mad because hotels.com was only paying them 85.00 for the room but charged me more, my mistakefor showing her my reservation receipt . I was shocked never again! I took pictures of it all! Im getting my refund! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Why cant I upload pictures!

Ok

I loved the area and how close some of the restaurants were. The place was amazing and I plan on going there again in the future.

Looked like they didn’t clean the room. The bathroom was a nightmare. Dried poop💩 on the wall…. Just all around filthy Had to stay there because it was pet friendly. And was attending a wedding. Never again
