The photos on the web site were amazing, but when I got there the property, rooms, linens etc were very poor statics. We didn't use the room because it was terrible. But they still charged me for the two nights that I booked. How sorry is that

Bad

The bed was very very hard water pressure wasn’t good. I left something in the room. I called and they told me that that room has not been used for the past couple of weeks.

It was quiet. Largely because it was almost empty, I imagine. The motel appeared to be mothballed when I arrived. Although it was almost dark, there were no lights on except for one which turned out to be the (unmarked) front desk. I thought that I was in the wrong place - it looked totally abandoned. No-one was at reception, and no-one turned up for about 15 minutes, even after being called. The clerk - if that's what he was - he appeared to be filling in for a friend - seemed completely taken aback to see me. Politeness was was a level some way above his manner: whilst not rude, he showed a total absence of social skills and even less training in how to deal with, let alone welcome, a paying customer. I was not asked to check in and gave no details. I wondered if I was on a film set. The room had hair all over the floor, and the couch looked like something that had been picked up from the roadside after someone else had abandoned it. The bathroom floor was dirty, the water was warm, never hot. Ceiling fans did not switch off. There wasn't even a side lamp. I realize that the low rate forewarned that this would be budget accommodation, but this was barely above habitable. Sometimes trying to save money isn't always the most sensible option, and places like this exist to remind a visitor that you sometimes get less than you pay for, even when you don't pay much.

I did not eat Not much just a place to sleep at bit.

What? Breakfast? That must have been invisible. None I strongly suggest you all do an unannounced visit and spend a night. Customer service

Price Does not look like the picture on website, there were cockroaches and dead ants in the bathroom sink, toilet paper holder broken, no hand towels

First day there we had no cold water. I took a shower in scolding water. I was already in there when the water temperature wouldn’t change. The following day there wasn’t any hot water but the water came out warm enough to shower. I then asked for them to clean the room. Mop the floors and leave clean towels. They only left a hand towel and didn’t mop or sweep the floor properly. The television didn’t work. There aren’t any phones in the room so if you need something you have to walk to the office. Also, I asked to be moved to another room the first night we stayed there and they said they couldn’t because they were full. The place had a few people not full at all. I also had to get my key programmed three times. It wouldn’t work and to the office again we went. I stayed at this place about seven years ago and it was very reasonable and comfortable. I do not recommend staying there at all.

The bed and blankets had holes and pillow was dirty and the couch bed was filthy other po wasn’t clean and the walls had boogers wipes on them the shower water wasn’t the greatest over all 2 stars

No towels, ice machine didn't work, and no breakfast as advertised.

Ants in the room, counters dirty, the door in the bathroom clearly looked like it was kicked in, the safety lock on the door was broken,, had to move the dresser to block the door. The ice machine, washer and dryer were all broken.The pool was filthy as well green, green, green, the owners are really nice I just dont think they dont know cleaning procedures

No continental breakfast as advertised. And laundry room wasn’t working. The room I stayed it wasn’t fully clean. Sheets had stains and something around the room seemed damaged.

Maintenance needed in the sink faucet.

Look, I got what I paid for...but this was bad, they don't clean the room, "clean" towels are dirty. Shower had another person's hair in the shower, and it wasn't just a hair. It was alot of hair. Toilets not even secure, toilet paper isn't new, smells like bleach. Bed is bad, I had to go and but a blanket and pillow to sleep on top of the sheets. I tried to get cancel and a refund, but due to booking issues, I couldn't cancel...so I had to stay. Look, if this is your last resort, so be it, but be aware of what's your getting into to. Everything

Oh my god it was an experience I'll never forget! Room looked like a biker convention had just taken place. Marks and writing on walls. Inside of door people scraped off paint to leave signatures, sayings just unbelievable! NO microwave or fridge. Bed sucked, thought i was laying on a bed of nails/springs.

There were no towels in the room we didn’t get any at all. Toilet was dirty and furniture was nasty it had ripped cloth.
