Hotel Aluxor SFO

The room was fine, neat and basic. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the indoor parking, very convenient and out of the elements. Staff contact was limited, but polite and efficient. Would stay again.

Location and cleanliness Building needs maintenance

We enjoyed a clean spacious room with comfortable beds. It's nice to know that you can find a nice place to stay for the night without having to go to a chain hotel.

Exceptional

Good

Clean and modern rooms with comfortable shower and beds

Excellent but would like to have a safe in the room

Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Excellent shuttle. Wish they had more snacks.

Only spent the night there. 1 room was dirty/not cleaned well- cut hairs on bed and long hair on floor. The 2nd room fine. It’s loud at night due to hard floors and tall open common area outside rooms. The coffee machine did not dispense milk if you chose the option. Liked the shuttle, free parking and comfortable bed.

I needed a budget friendly stay close to the airport with free parking. I found the staff to be helpful and pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the free water in the lobby and that my room had a fridge and microwave so I could eat in the room. The noise from the room above me was a little disappointing but for the price I still feel like a got a great value. (You can’t always choose your neighbours) I will stay there again.

Handicap parking

shuttle bus, luggage storage, friendly reception staff

No breakfast!

Wonderful place

Room was nice size and bed comfortable. I used the laundry facilities but had to connect with wash connect which was challenging. The airport shuttle was great!

The hotel was decent they’ve clearly done some renovations. However, there’s not many amenities. They only left 2 towels in the room and couple smaller ones when on average most hotels provide more than a couple of towels. The tv was advertised as a smart tv but it wasn’t. In regards to cleanliness it was clean but behind the couch it was dirty. It was nice to have parking provided by the hotel and we did not have to pay for it.

Very nice room, spacious and clean. Excellent location to walk to nice restaurants/ cafes in the evening and morning. While the room was nice, it was just above the street, so a little noisy (but not very loud) - the one window didn't fully close. The reception area could have been a bit more presentable, although this had no bearing on our stay. The staff were not unfriendly, but not especially friendly either (especially the shuttle driver).

Comfy beds, staff NA

Parking was pretty easy

Be aware of their shuttle schedule and plan around it. Doors across the hotel slam very loudly waking you up in your sleep. Beds were comfy and rooms clean.
