Great views and location on the board walk

Location doesn't get better than this. Didn't need to use my car til I left as restaurants and stores are walking distance. The man in the lobby as I was checking in was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I had remembered his name but I'll remember his face next time I'm there

Perfect location right on the beach. Loved that it's right on the boardwalk, near restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. Great location for a beautiful sunset also! The rooms , while a little dated and old, were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a great ocean view with a balcony- gorgeous to sit and watch the surfers and waves! Also convenient that there is parking on-site...even though you have to pay for it. Nice pool area also. The hotel is a little dated and shows some wear and tear, however it was clean and comfortable.

Superb

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The property itself is a little run down, the floor in the bathroom had a large soft spot from water damage, WiFi was slow and keys/locks took a couple tries most of the time to work. Minor updates would go a long way! We’ll be back regardless because of the people and location.

Not a bad place for the price. Lost power which was tough trying to get ready to meet up with friends. You have to ask for towels and stuff which Angel was very very happy and apologetic for things. Such a great guy! But overall you get what you pay for. And we got it except for the power going out. Great location!

Our room was small bit nice. The biggest problem was all the people smoking on their balconies and the smoke would hover right in our little area. It was horrible. And the Internet did not work and there’s no secure connection at all, and we even asked him about it and they did not care. I would not stay there again.

Great location. Had what we needed Price. $300 was way over priced for the basic room.

Location was great! Heard people upstairs running around, however, it did quite down after 10pm. Room was clean. Bathroom is small. Didn't spead a lot if time in the room when you have a beach right there.

Conveniently located to the beach, the front desk staff were so friendly! Our room was small, but honestly so perfect for our small family and I wouldn’t change anything about our booking.

It’s literally just off the beach behind World Famous so the location cannot be beat It’s a wee bit inconvenient that you can’t plug in the coffee maker and the blow dryer at the same time without blowing the circuit breaker but it’s an old & adorable beach hotel so for me, that just comes with the territory

Good

The location is spectacular and perfect for walking around and exploring. The hotel is dated. They don’t have daily maid service. It’s only available upon request and the maid only changed our towels, but did not clean clean the room or change our sheets. The television channels were not accurate and they were missing major outlets. The hotel is the equivalent of a cool dive bar, if you don’t mind it a little grimy and dirty than the location more than makes up for the amenities.
