Nice area, very close to shopping, and restaurants. We stayed there after a Niners game( didn’t want to drive home).

Very disappointing experience. My wife, our two children (ages 10 and 3), and I were driving from Los Angeles to Seattle. After nearly seven hours on the road, we stopped in San Jose for one night to rest. We arrived around 10 PM, but the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. I showed my confirmed, prepaid booking in the Expedia app, and they eventually gave us a room with an emergency key. After I had showered and put my children to bed, the front desk called and asked me to come downstairs. They said my Friday-to-Saturday reservation appeared in their system as Saturday-to-Sunday, blamed Expedia, and insisted I either pay for another night or leave the hotel. They told me to seek a refund from Expedia myself. This was unacceptable. I had booked and paid in August, two months before our trip, and showed all the proof. Although the employees were polite, they made little effort to resolve the discrepancy or involve management. Being told to leave late at night, with my wife and young children already upstairs, was stressful and embarrassing, especially in front of other guests. Only after I firmly explained that I had fulfilled my responsibility did the employee allow me to return to my room, saying she would try to sort it out later. Mistakes happen, but guests should not be threatened with eviction over a system issue when they have a valid confirmation. What should have been a restful overnight stop became an upsetting experience. I would not stay here again.

Wonderful property in great location and well kept. Free parking is plentiful with a subtle flow into the Target next door and multiple eateries in short walking distance. About 30-40 minute walk to Levi Stadium although free shuttle is available. We scheduled at the front desk upon check in. Room was clean and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. I will be back. Clean, well maintained. Comfortable bed. I felt safe. Check is was fast and efficient. Plenty of parking. Shares parking lot with Target. Close to freeway, Levi's Stadium and about 15 minute drive from Shoreline Amphitheater. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a convenient location. The staff were so helpful, witty and kind. The breakfast was really good. The shuttle service was great. Rooms were clean and updated. I would stay here again. Also, walking distance to Levi Stadium.

This is one of the best properties I have stayed in high-quality and cleanliness. I was surprised on how affordable this place was.

Great place, I've stayed here 4 time in the last year when coming to San Jose for work.

The Inn was comfortable and clean, and looked like the pictures and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was basic. There were a lot of unsupervised kids who were there for a competition running up and down the halls and in the lobby. They were pretty loud. Not the hotels fault, but it made it hard to get to sleep.

1. The staff was giving me a hard time to check in. 2. Once they checked me in, they gave me a room that already had people in it. 3. Didn’t comp me anything after the whole hassle & delay.
