Very good

The property is very modern and clean. It has ample parking which is a plus at a location like this. Very close to Santana Row and the SAP Center.

I appreciated the free parking and great location. The room could have been a little cleaner but it wasn’t bad. The vibe of the hotel feels like they’re trying to make it high tech where you don’t have to interact with any actual people. Whenever I went to the desk to ask the staff a question, it felt like I was giving them a jump scare as if they’re not used to talking to guests. So my one complaint is that they need to be a little more hospitality forward at the front desk. Overall, I’d say it’s worth it to stay here.

Appreciated free parking, easy access, liked the location. Room rate was fair for the area. The room was okay - it looks fine when you get in but could be more useful. First, would be nice to have accessible plugs or lamps that take more than only usb which is outdated now. Storage is limited - drawers are tiny, bathroom storage minimal, minimal counter/vanity space. Pillows were not good. Would have appreciated not needing to ask multiple times for fresh towels and a room tidy. Only reason we got them is that we were traveling with another party who asked multiple times for their own room and our room to be freshened up.

Property was great for a quick overnight stay.

The availability of the snacks to buy and self checkout. Also that there is a mini fridge in room. Our room was not ready when we arrived. The rooms are kind of dirty, there's mold in the shower heads and the baths are super slippery. The sheets have weird random stains on them. Some of the lights did not work in our room. The staff isn't too pleasant. Asking for things seemed like an inconvenience. The mold situation needs to be addressed or the city or some health organization needs to be called.

The room was in very poor condition and dirty. It looked like they tried to upgrade the flooring to vinyl plank but just went right over the carpet. They even left the carpet baseboard. The room smelled bad. The TV would randomly turn on all night with the volume up. The road noise was horrible. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I wouldn't stay here again even if they paid me.

Good location, close to mall, restaurants and Winchester Mystery House Room was on street side, and there was a lot of traffic until 10 pm. Then it finally quiet down. Air conditioner was a little load

The room was nice and comfortable. The jetted tub worked well. The breakfast was good and well stocked. However, the room needed some minor cosmetic repairs. There was a scratch in the door, the toilet paper roll holder was falling off, and the tub was leaking water out on the seams on the front so needed to be properly sealed. There were ants around the tub because of the water and a few ants in the room near the coffee station. I also couldn’t find a TV remote. When I went to the front desk to let the staff know about my concerns, they were very helpful and got right on it. I understand these things happen and appreciate their quick response.

Don't leave anything in your car. Our truck was broke into the hotels parking garage, stole everything in it. Not secure at all.

ANTS all over my bed and bathroom was dirty and dingy. The toilet tissue holder hanging on by one screw. The carpet wet and smell was weird. The window blind broken in one corner. Would not recommend the place to anyone!!!!!!!

Clean room. There was some sewer leakage in the parking, which is under the building. Smelled terrible.
