we loved staying here, rooms and building were lovely, Staff all very helpful i would’ve loved to have stated longer SLO is a gorgeous place surrounded my the hills nothing all good

It’s a very well kept property, service it’s good , the rooms are outstanding! I wish the y didn’t have roof cleaning early Sunday morning !! What a heck!! But everything was good!

They just started charging $25 for parking. Not good. Also, the heart of Apple Farm was the character and feel of Victorian style rooms that are no longer there. No more $5 per day coupon for the bakery when staying. I felt I was being nickel & dimed while staying there. This will be the last time, I would not recommend this hotel, there are better ones to stay at in San Luis Obispo and area.

Our room in the main building was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was very helpful and the apple cider, coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby any time was a lovely amenity. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub tucked away behind the building with trees and plantings making it a relaxing oasis. a perfect fall get-away

Great rooms, comfortable beds, would have liked to stay more than one night to enjoy the setting.

I love Apple Farm and have stayed here regularly when I come to visit my son at Cal Poly. This time, however, was not the best experience. On Sunday morning at about 9 am there was loud pounding right above me on the roof. This persisted for over two hours. I had planned to host other family members in our room since it was the biggest but we had to leave because we couldn't even have a conversation. I completely understand that repairs need to happen, but I would have liked to have been told that construction would be happening for hours right above me before I was put in that room. When I called the reception area, I found the receptionist to be pretty rude. I'm pretty disappointed about this occurance as this use to be my favorite hotel in SLO. I don't appreciate paying $300 a night when my room is basically uninhabitable for an entire day.

Nice bakery on site. We didn’t try the restaurant. The checkin staff were very helpful and accommodating. The wine tasting was unspectacular

Note to Management you really need to get the television figured out better. It takes too long to figure out what’s on TV and you need some better channel options. Your hotel rooms are so beautiful people they wanna hang out and relax in the hotel and watch a good movie but you’re television system doesn’t really make that possible just invest in some Netflix accounts

Staff was very welcoming. Had a late check in and didn’t have to worry about anything. Couldn’t recommend more!

The cleanliness, the beautiful big bedroom and how comfortable the bed is. Friendly staff.

The inn is charming. When we arrived they couldn’t find my reservation even though I kept getting confirmation emails, second we paid for asking size room they put us in a queen size.
