Villa Motel

Our room was larger than expected, was particularly well-furnished with plenty of places to sit, and had been maintained better than most other roadside motels we stay at. The A/C was powerful enough for a 95 degree day. A few of the hidden-from-sight corners of the room (like under the mattress) were not spotlessly clean.

I love the location of the villa motel and how close of a walk it is to the wonders of San Luis Obispo.

A business reflects who is running it. It's a very comfortable atmosphere. The owne quietlyr takes pride and genuinely cares about her patrons and their stay when they are at her motel

I was able to check in at 2pm and wasn’t charged a early check in fee And the hot water came on fast, that’s always a plus ✊ Some fixtures not working properly, the furniture, bed, 3 chairs were old and not much cushion for the body

It's fine. Nothing fancy. Basic motel. I'm not in the room much so, it'll do. I simply need a place to sleep and shower. The staff is super friendly. Towels are extremely rough and I wish it had better pillows.

Our room had nice high ceilings, a mini fridge and a microwave. It's also on Monterey St, which is a 5 minute drive from anywhere downtown in SLO. Lots of people walk downtown too. I was driving an EV, and L2 charged across the street at La Quinta, which allows non-guests to charge. The owner was very helpful.

Staff was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. They also let me check out at noon instead of 11 am which made a world of difference. Thank you! Also I loved the microwave and mini fridge. :D

No frills motel 15 min walk from downtown slo. Rooms are quite dated, but everything was cleaned well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Area felt safe.

Older property with large rooms. Very convenient to college, downtown, and freeway.

Sadly this place is horribly dated and is in need of much upkeep. It is cheap though.
