I actually really enjoyed my stay

Clean, everyone was nice and helpful.

Aloft never disappoints. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is always clean. My room smelled fresh, and housekeeping was consistent throughout my stay. I always enjoy staying here the convenient parking, great location, comfortable rooms, and amenities keep me coming back.

Booked room through Hotels.com but was told by hotel there was no reservation. Gave them all of the info I had but to avail. Left message for general manager on Friday but have heard nothing yet. Very disappointing to say the least

Had a fantastic stay! Room was incredible! The seating area was a pleasant surprise and having a microwave as well as fridge was great! Everything was clean and functional!

Everything was great. The room was set up nicely. Very quiet with an awesome view! The breakfast was great and affordable.

Nice place but I booked a city view room which costs extra and I barely had a city view at all so they shouldn’t change extra for that.

Very clean, friendly staff and comfortable. A little noisy.

Great stay, convenient location. Pool table and board games were great touch.

Free parking and cleanliness

We had a wonderful stay in a very convenient area. The staff was super nice and the in house bar was a TREAT.

Clean and comfortable for an overnight stay

The hotel was clean, modern, and great location. Check in was terrible. Waited at least 20 minutes to check in while there was only person ahead and then took another 25 minutes to process my check in even though I already had a reservation. There was a bar tab charged to our room that was not ours, but eventually got cleared up after a few attempts at the front desk.

Clean room and really convenient Bluetooth speaker so I could watch shows on my phone since Hulu was not available on the tv

I had a great stay at Aloft! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a modern atmosphere. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Everything was well-maintained, and I really enjoyed the overall experience. I would definitely stay at Aloft again and recommend it to others looking for a nice place to stay.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Could’ve been more staff, check-in was much too long because there was only one person working. Only one person working in the bar, too. I’m unsure of who was cooking. Restaurant was not what I expected. I wouldn’t really call that a restaurant, when you order on your phone and then pick up at a bar 30 minute later. Not exactly what I was expecting from the bar either. Ants in the market area.

Modern and colorful Staffs aren’t friendly, hard to smile, no value customers just whatever !
