Staff was friendly. Room was dated but kept clean. Some spiders and ants seen in the room. A faint smell of cigarettes. Great location.2 miles to the wharf. Under a mile to the mission but the walk in an uphill. Free parking. Natural lighting was limited due to window type. The pool was clean and about 8ft.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Bathroom was missing fixtures
-
The shower had some black lines that looked like mold but sure. I asked them clean them and they did.

place is worth $100-150. not $500 dint see the value

We did not have a good experience at this hotel. Housekeeping was off schedule, never had our room cleaned up. They changed us from one room to another, but the new room had dirt and hair under the covers. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be coming here again.
-
Had a nice stay, was only 1 night but staff was helpful and room was clean
-
One staff member in particular was amazing, he brought us towels to the pool and was generally great.
-
Best place in town for the price. New everything, staff defines hospitality. Centrally located, and I'm a retired travel guide manager what am I doing working?! Because earned praise deserves recognition
-
TV not essential but did not work. Staff not available to remedy. Basically get what you pay for.
-
The price is too high for the place is not the best I paid $300 don’t think is worth I can pay $300 get something better !
-
If you don’t need a small refrigerator or microwave and you don’t mind ants in the bathroom and no continental breakfast, and not having a smoke detector in your room (appears to have been removed). This is your place

Nice

I had made a reservation but I wanted to change the dates and only stay one day the receptionist was so rude and just so unpleasant I didn’t end up staying there I left
-
The staff was helpful and nice, but the room needed work. There was lots of mold in the shower. Bedding was poor. A large dead bug in the bathroom when we arrived.
-
Easy access to room The ac unit needs more power for the both rooms or the other room needs one
-
Was in a 3-bed room. The attached room was devoid of any air conditioning or fan and the a/c in the main room struggled to reach the bedroom. A floor fan would have been a great addition or option, especially during the hottest days and times of the year.
-
Clean updated room. A bit small but adequate accomodation for a short stay.
-
It was easy to get to and the staff were really great! Especially the young man working the desk.
-
Really expensive room for what is offered. Good location at the top of State Street. 9:30am ran out of coffee cups and said they would have some tomorrow but it was the end of my stay and I had just checked out with that person?!?
-
Not much, the room was clean. No little refrigerator, no microwave, ugly room decor, terrible lobby. In the morning, I went down to the lobby for coffee and there were NO cups and terrible powder creamer, no sugar or substitutes.
